MV was there for me when I needed it and not a second longer.Z
For context, I used to be one of those people who was far too shy for VCs,
I felt Ashamed of my voice, I didn't want people to hear me the way I was.
I won't claim MV was anything crazy, but I was able to tweak it, make my voice sound the way i wanted to sound
and it let me speak with confidence. sure, you'll sound tinny. you'll sound bad even.
but I'd claim i had a bad mic 100 times before I'd admit I had a bad voice once.
I don't use MorphVox anymore, I haven't in some time.
I did voice training, I feel more comfortable speaking now.
but MV let me speak when I otherwise wouldn't, and I feel obligated to thank this software for that>
it's Janky, it's got a confusing UI, and it'll take you a while to set up how you want, it doesn't sound great most of the time.
but it was reliable in all it's faults.
like an old beat up diesel pickup truck this software reliably gets you exactly as far as you need to go and not an inch further.
