真的很好,虽然流程有点短,但是制作者也说了还在抢先体验,希望未来会有更多的人物和支线,主线我个人觉得已经很完美了

A good horror game, the story is simple and straightforward. The romance with Robin is really nice. Don't expect a top notch horror experience though. The game is quite short, took me 3 hours to play the entire game from start to finish on my first playthrough. For the price you pay, it does the job fine. If you're looking for a cheap game with jumpscares and a romance with a goth girl, this is for you.

The gameplay flow is good, enough to playthrough the whole game. The visuals are good but sometimes pop up objects like lamp or table what is a plus flavor when you playin a horror game :D . Probably somekind of element is inspired by another generic horror. But i would say it was worth to play & pay.

i think they are made a minor mistake on the story and some people will misunderstand the "face" thing.... But no spoilerino !

This game might seem like just another eerie hotel mystery at first, but the further you go, the stranger—and more unsettling—it becomes. The atmosphere pulls you in with its creeping tension, making you question what’s real and what’s not. It’s short but leaves a lasting impression, like a bad dream you can’t quite shake off

Judging purely on the basis of its title and STEAM thumbnail, I never, *never* would have expected to enjoy The Inn-Sanity that much. In fact, I only bought it because I'm a huge fan of psychological horror games, and because of its Overwhelmingly Positive reviews. It just goes to show - never judge a game by its cover.
The Inn-Sanity takes place in a sprawling hotel, which your nameless character checks into in the opening minutes. The first thing that stands out is that everyones' faces are obscured by pixellated effects, their voices muffled tones...all except one girl, whom your character is surprised to be able to hear properly. As the narrative slowly unfurls, we learn that our protagonist experiences a condition that makes it impossible to interpret peoples' expressions or tone, making life unbearably difficult and lonely. It's such an interesting idea, and it lends the more traditional horror fare an intriguing, welcome slant that you don't often encounter in horror games. Not only are you trying to survive the terrifying monstrosities that the guests have become - you're also trying to avoid incurring the wrath of the few humans remaining, each of whom has the potential to kill you if you can't communicate effectively.
The bone-chilling Priest is a particularly fascinating character: his relentless pursuit of justice leads to several harrowing sequences in which you or someone else (or perhaps both) are at risk of a game over, unless you can persuade him that your intentions are honourable. This is easier said than done, and the game doesn't let you get away with easy responses: repeatedly sweet-talking characters with with chat-up lines from packs of gum might work once or twice...but keep doing it, and they will get wise to your games. The dialogue system is much more complex than I'd expected, once again enhancing the experience and making every choice count.
Psychological facets aside - and they really are hard-hitting (be sure to read the content warnings!) and creatively-expressed - the survival horror is great, too: exploring rooms, creeping past monsters in beautifully choreographed sequences, skin-crawling jump-scares puncturing the silence at just the right time...wonderful stuff.
A playthrough takes around 5 hours, depending on how much exploration you do - and, if you're like me, you will relish exploring every inch of the hotel, holding your breath as you go around each corner and open each door. Despite being labelled Unsupported on Steamdeck, it does work - but may need some button-mapping, and performance is a little sluggish even on lower settings. I found it acceptable, and was happy to replay twice more to get additional achievements, but others may find this a deal-breaker.
A hugely impressive game - indie horror at its finest IMO.

Very atmospheric horror walking simulator game with several "Choose your own adventure" elements via dialog options. The first run through of the game took me 2.5 hours to complete and then I spent another hour to get 100% completion. The game was somewhat short, and left me wanting more, even though I played through the whole game twice. Overall I had lots of fun with it, it sucks you in and it feels like you're in a movie.
+ The graphics and atmosphere are top shelf. Many times I just stopped to look around the rooms / hallways marvelling in the sights.
+ The ghosts / monsters are original and well designed. One ghost in particular gave me the super creeps on my first playthrough. This ghost gets under your skin and makes you feel super tense.
+ The story is original and interesting, with many choices along the way that can affect different storyline branches and endings.
+ Very minor but the music and ambience in the hotel restaurant was beautiful.
- There could have been more achievements for following different storylines and saving certain people at the end of the game.
- The whole game could have been a little more challenging, I never died once in my playthrough.
- Could use some more side quests and more living people in the hotel to help.
Great achievement for an indie development team.
Overall 8.5 / 10
