I played Urayama yesterday and immediately jumped into Akai Onna, since it's from the same developer.
I have to say that, even though it's more dated compared to its successor, the game still manages to create a very creepy atmosphere and, despite its simplicity, is genuinely scary.
There are a few technical issues, but I recommend it if you enjoy indie j-horror!
