For me, Flint's Hints is a kawaii, simple point-and-click mystery game that seems perfect for passing the time. However, once you dive in, you'll find it surprisingly challenging in the best way possible! The puzzles are tricky, and solving them feels incredibly satisfying once you get the hang of things.
I should have picked up on the developer's name—there’s a twist hidden beneath the charming pixel art exterior. The unexpected dark turn definitely caught me off guard (in a good way!), so be ready for a bit of a scare.
The cliffhanger ending has me excited for more! But I am also wondering—and worrying—about what happened to Flint.
Overall, it’s a must-play for anyone who loves a clever game with a bit of a twist! I can't wait to see what's next!

Short but interesting game!
Immediately you get the feeling of the old 90s point and click adventures. There are some clever puzzles in there although not too hard.

short fun game with four endings. got them all. the visuals were simple but good to look at, some very brief scares, none of which were really scary if you have played a few horror games. the puzzles were fun to solve. if you check everything around the house, you'll have solved them all. i hope the devs make other games in the future, preferrably longer, more detailed ones.

Haven’t totally finished it yet as of writing, but fun game so far! Works perfect on Steam Deck, could easily be green, or at least a very easily manageable yellow. I need to bring up the keyboard (right button with 3 dots on the Deck, bottom option on the menu) and use L1/R1 to scroll text sometimes. The right mousepad and physically tapping stuff works great. All default works out of the box, I didn't need to config anything. If you have a Deck this is a safe buy handheld.
As for the game itself, it’s the kind of game that seems simple on the surface, you might even “finish” it in less than 45 minutes. But really you’re supposed to do other things than what you’re told and see what happens, and that’s where the real intrigue is. There’s multiple endings depending what you choose to do. I haven’t gotten them all yet but I’m getting interesting vibes the more I dig in and wanted to leave an early good review to help the game out haha.
I learned about this game from Pirate Software’s livestream, seemed interesting, was cheap, picked it up. Good game, and congrats for getting it out there! Apparently this took about a year to make from what was mentioned on Pirate Software’s stream from the dev. Also myself being a dev who will hopefully one day release a game on Steam, much respect for finishing and getting this out there!
I’ll probably update the review with more thoughts once I get every ending and “really” finish the game but this game had no reviews as of writing so I wanted to get at least one positive one out there since I’m liking this so far.

A really cute game, very reminiscent of old flash games I used to play.
The puzzles in the game are well laid out an don't require wild leaps in logic, though I do wish there were more.
Personally I'm not a fan of horror games, so for any of my fellow scaredycats out there, don't worry the jumpscares are tolerable (mostly).
One thing I really missed in the game are sound effects, in particular when interacting with the UI or objects in the game.
All in all this is a nice little hoMEOWner simulator and I'm excited to see what the dev puts out in the future.
But hey, maybe I should just mind my own business.
