After centuries of invincibility, it became popular for humans to watch live alien hunting shows, participate in alien hunts, save up money, equipment, and use all the loot you find to move on to new maps and defeat more powerful enemies.

Fun background game if you're watching something. Graphics are nice for price. Game is smooth; no glitches generally. Hitboxes feel fine.
edit (41 hrs): first 3 maps done at lvl 5. game was fun. hope the publisher ban doesn't keep new content on hold for too long. OP devs <3

Early Access for sure, but is fun to play. the new "Getting Fans" system seems broken. It's not letting me get any fans at all, and he menu for all the "fans" related stuff is supper bugged. The menu at the top is all over the place instead of where it should be, and the menu showing the LV6 guns, shows everything costs 99999 of everything. Not sure what is going on with this new update. Seems like it needs a major patch to make the new "fans" system work correctly.

Pretty fun new roguelike. Here is 22 min of gameplay (2 runs): https://youtu.be/FvY6SCpjNdY
Overall a pretty fun first impression
Some positive points
- You control the shooting yourself giving a bit more sense of control. Like risk of rain
- Graphics are like borderlands and that works quite well.
- As a fit for the genre after a while it gets crazy which is cool
- Pretty easy to pick up and make some early progress which is nice keeps you going
on the more negative side
- Graphics seem buged. I couldnt go for 4k only 1440p
- Audio is a bit lack luster i want more gun impact
- The skills should feel a bit more impactfull. Currently mostly damage sinks. To be clear thats how it feels when you play it's not like that in practice though. But it would be nice if the effects themselve are a bit better visible.
Overal especially for the price and lack of competition in third person shooter roguelike space i would recommend.

Ruindog is an extremely fun game. it has great core mechanics, the movement, weapons ans skills all feel great to use. the cell shaded art style works great for this type of bullet hell/rougelike. There are a couple dozen weapons to unlock and an entire skill tree to upgrade between runs. Each map has a differing objective and style of play which is different for a game in this genre, definitely a plus. There are so many upgrades and power ups to earn that the screen becomes a psychedelic trip. For a game under $10 it was a steal, i cant wait to see what the developers add next. The game at this point does not allow you to invert the Y axis so i had to do it in Steam big picture mode, but i think the developers are going to fix that soon, that was almost a dealbreaker for me. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes Rougelikes, bullet hell, or third person shooters. 9/10 for me.

The cartoon-style image is humorous. It's a fun game, but needs optimization.

A fun and unique take on the genre. The only suggestion I have at this point at this point is that the English translations could use some improvement. If it looks interesting to you I'd say it's worth a try.

This game seems fun and energetic, but the games soundtrack just doesn't fit the vibe, the cores and the other upgrades take you out of the action abruptly, i feel you should be able to select to do the upgrades when you want to.
The audio of the weapons could be better and I would prefer if there were actually more differences between the characters you can play as. I will keep my eyes on the game and come back to it when I feel it has improved.
I can't recommend the game at it's current state.

Love the cel-shading on this. Was difficult initially until I figured out the systems, Then I started getting deeper and experimenting with different weapons.
Certainly up there with the very best in bullet hell shooters and for the price a worthy addition to anyones library.
Buy it you won't be disappointed!

This game is 3d vampire survivors - an interesting variant of the roguelite formula that brings a "returnal" feel to the genre. Unfortunately, this game runs like warm garbage on an RTX 4090, with stuttering galore -- you can even see the stuttering in the game videos. Once you get 75% of the way through a run, the stuttering gets so bad, the game is unplayable.
Other areas that need improvement:
Optimization options are limited with no uncapped framerate and a max cap setting of 120fps
Game does not detect d-pad
Perk selection process is slow and clunky

Sorry, this game is not polished or finished. If this were an early access game, maybe, but this is a final version of the game and it still needs TONS of work. First off, it doesn't support inverting Y axis on controllers. Second, the sound design in this game is TERRIBLE. It's all royalty free stock sounds from the unity asset store. The music doesn't fit. All sounds effects sound like place holders. Nothing fits the actual game. That said, the game play is pretty fun however the translations and descriptions are ROUGH. It's hard to understand what the upgrades do. Lastly, the graphic options on this game keep freaking out. I have an ultra wide monitor and for some reason it keeps resetting the screen where the top and bottom of the screen are cut off. I have to keep resetting the graphical options to get it to work.
If this game were in early access I would be fine but since this is a final version of the game I cannot recommend it. If I were to pick one reason it would absolutely be the sound design. It's like the sound was a total afterthought.
