really awesome game, the puzzles and deducktions are really fun! the only thing i will say is that $10 is a little steep for a game this short. it makes it seem like just the first chapter of an entire novel. i'd say if you want it, make sure you get it when there's a sale, especially considering the sequel is being worked on right now. overall though, phenomenal game with amazing voice acting and interesting ducktective gameplay.

Such a cute fun detective game. Doesn't hold your hand but I never felt completely lost on what to do next. The story and artwork gives off "Saturday morning Cartoon" vibes, but it's really a game for all ages. Probably one of the funniest games i've played in a long time.

The game hooks you in from the moment you hear the smooth voice acting and the uniquely funny writing (its not taking itself seriously by any means, but its also not over the top for the sake of it.) Its very funny, engaging enough, and very accessible game for anyone who wants a tightly written story and puzzle game.
The only thing I'm a bit sad about is it got over so quick. I guess for the price I shouldn't have been expecting more cases, but it really established the character of the duck detective and the world so well that I honestly thought it was the first case in a series.
Oh well, 2 hours well spent, might take anyone 2-4 hrs to finish but it is a thoroughly enjoyable 2-4 hours. Much better value than a movie ticket.

Divorced duck detective
A cute little detective game where you solve a small harmless crime, by collecting personal information and gossip from people in the surrounding area to piece together sentences that reveal the answers.
I quite like the way they made the whole detective part work, it is relatively simple and fitting to both kids and adults.
The humor in the game and different characters are also well designed, where kids will find it funny but it is also still filled with things only adults will truly understand and therefore there are also some funny bits for adults. Again, it works for all age groups.
I did end up refunding this game though. It was bought for my girlfriend to play on her Steam Deck, she used to watch the TV show or something like it as a kid and liked it a lot, but she watched it in Chinese and I think she might have had high hopes for the game filling that part of her childhood, but it didn’t, and asked me to refund it.

Beautiful game really!
It has a nice voice acting, nice animations, cute characters that are completely different from one another, some funny stuff here and there and an interesting story with a plot twist. Tbh i was a bit surprised with the percentage of the players that decided who should be punished for the crimes - i guess that was an unexpected plot twist as well.
