Really neat game, I'd say it's worth it just to experience the amazing pixel art. The story is pretty good albeit a bit drawn out towards the end. But overall I enjoyed it a lot.

What is an escape room without an escape? Centum is a game about questions and reflecting on your own reality. The game will probably take 3-4 hours to complete depending on how quickly you read and how much you want to do, but what is there to really DO in this game? Centum is a visual novel game with some light puzzle elements, mostly in the beginning of the game, but while the puzzles may become more straightforward, the questions the game asks become more complex. Bottom line, if you aren't interested in a visual novel that is more about introspection than telling you a straight forward story, you aren't going to enjoy this game. If you do like art-house film like games, where it's all about changing how you look at yourself and world, even if it's only a small way, this game is right up your alley.

Barely scratched the surface and I can tell this is going to be a memorable nightmare mystery on a couple of different levels. Also good to see the demo's still available: that'll do a better job of communicating its vibe than anything I can say.
