It's a low priced game, so not expecting much, however there is room for improvement. At the moment the game wont play on my i5 8gb laptop, but will play on my i7 8gb laptop, for some reason the mouse curser is not evident on screen when loading up the game on the i5 laptop, making it impossible to choose any of the game options, so those with older PCs may not be able to play this game, which you would expect they could. Hopefully the devs will sort this out. So reluctantly in its present unplayable i5 form I am not going to recommend the game, plus the game itself it a bit hit and miss, a bit like rolling a dice.

The tournament mode is a great addition in providing more depth to the game. However, my major issue is that there doesn't (currently) seem to be any way to save one's progress throughout one to come back to later, which really annoyingly has meant I haven't actually been able to finish one yet - even when skipping like 2 out of every 3 games.
Another minor issue specific to the tournaments is that I think the batting average on the summary page is often not correctly calculated? Just displaying the same as the total runs even when the player's scored in multiple matches - maybe it stems from when the player finishes a game not out, I think? Doesn't seem to make sense, anyway.
In a more general sense, probably there are further minor critiques I could make, but on the whole the experience of playing out a match ball-by-ball is fantastically captivating. Just add a way to keep your tournament progress!!!

A fun cricket game but definitely on the casual side and not an action orientated game. Those looking for something like Cricket Captain might be disappointed. You select your team and an AI opponent and play out a T20 or 1 day match or cup tournament.
The actual gameplay has some similarities to existing management style games but each match only takes around 5 minutes. The game plays out through a scoreboard and graphical run chart so don't expect too much graphics wise. Have played around an hour so far and had some close entertaining games.
Will come back to the game regularly though. A fun, simple game for cricket fans if you're short on time and would recommend for those who prefer simpler games. Uses hardly any disk space too :)
