I am a blind user and enjoy these types of games for their pure audio nature. However, with this game it seems I can’t even play it from the start. I open the game and it tells me how to start a new game, but there’s no instructions screen explaining controls. And when I get to the prison cell, it doesn’t tell me and I can’t move at all. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall the game. If it doesn’t work after that, I’m going after a refund. Such a disappointment for a series that has otherwise been fantastic.

Unfortunately, the other reviw is right: The game is just broken.
Unlike the first part, no explanation of controls when starting, so I pressed every single button on my keyboard. Looking at the steam screenshots, the game should be starting The Dark Cell, but the first tile is labeled Port of Willow City and you cannot navigate away from it.
Don't get it until it's fixed.
