Some really poor game mechanics - no hints/tips offered if you've not got a part built in time for a race it just brings the game to a grinding halt. graphics aren't the best on it even if you can go into the cockpit view of the car etc. Mentality of entire team could be great in other areas other than the decisions you're making which makes you think "why bother?" and that sums up this game in general unfortunately: "Why bother?" i'd avoid buying it honestly even if it is a deal, save your money.
Fantastic and immersive
Being a poor driver in video games, even with a wheel, and not having the desire to learn how to become a driver in this day and age, the business and management aspect of this game, was appealing. Be immersed into the management, the race, radio communications, it all has the feel as if you really own a F1 racing team from top to bottom. The graphics are just unreal good, its like watching an actual race on the television. The audio matches the graphic quality without question. You have the option to manual control the cars if you wish, but I let the drivers do their thing. Options for vehicle perfection and technical development of parts is icing on the cake. If you like to drive or do not, want one of the best racing games out that I have experienced. I just hope they make one for Nascar®, as it will be epic as you would imagine. Great work, well tested and updated. A sound investment and purchase.

Oh this is terrible. Started a new career and the visual bugs started straight away, cars stacked on each other in the little vignette clips. The game as a whole seems to have gone BACKWARDS since previous versions. I can't believe they've released DLC before actually fixing the base game. And why isn't the factory facilities rendered like in 2022 and previous? Now Frontier have had the F1 licence taken away from them, maybe Sega could take it back over and bring back the elements we miss from Motorsport Manager like Endurance and GT racing.

They've made THREE of these games, but they still have extremely basic issues that frontier just can't be bothered to fix. Why was this company the one given an F1 manager game license? This license should have been given a studio that isn't so incompetent with every single thing they do.

For anyone interested in F1 management games, this is the ultimate! It takes a little time to get used to the various screens, but once achieved, the Team Principal is able to take the team to the top. I have found this is the most immersive F1 management game I have played. Worth every dollar to buy.

Not that pleased to find that they put it on sale for ~60% off days after I buy the game. Otherwise, am enjoying it so far. Similar mechanics to Motorsport Manager, but with more depth/complexity. The voice samples for the drivers and engineers add a certain something to the gameplay.

How does this game not have a better view for watching the race? It should be the full track map, but you can actually see the cars going around like in Motor sports manager. That game came out years ago and they didn't have a problem with it.

A great game where you can fulfil your dream of managing (your own) F1 team. It has taken three versions to get the game where it should be, but it was worth it. Things finally made it in this version that should have been in from the first game (primarily mechanical retirements). It's well worth the time you need to put in the game.

There are so many aspects of this game that are just.....redundant. Deterioration of your facilities is a very lazy mechanic meant as nothing more than a money sink because the developers couldn't figure out a reasonable economy. Design to Manufacture takes way too long. Even though you can compare your design to upcoming races, it simply does not matter. Because your'e looking to build on your cars overall weakness, not favor one single track. The whole driver / engineer affinity makes no sense and you have almost no control over it. The other employee positions don't have much detail to offer. No strengths or weaknesses, just a number rating. Lazy. The constant emails you receive that feed you almost no information but stop the flow of the calendar just wastes time. In fact, its mostly just information you already know because it says it next to your car. The pit crew training is very confusing and you cant seem to "improve" them because every improvement takes away from something else. While you can automate everything on race weekend, its very bad at practice. I can get my car to 96% every time, but automate cant seem to break 70%. This game would be a lot more fun if you didn't spend most of your time replacing parts from wear that take forever to manufacture, or take away slots that you're designing to manufacture. Realistically, a single manufacture process should provide 4x the item your creating, not 1. I managed 4th in the constructors in the 2nd season starting from the bottom as a brand new team. This game needs a lot of work. You eventually just start automating every race weekend because of how irritating the design / research / manufacture process is. Theres not much depth to this one. Every year they blow the potential this game could have.
