A very good game. Rare to see someone actually take the mantle of Dustforce and succeed! The game has a great amount of platforming challenge, expands on what Dustforce did with this type of game, while still retaining its own identity. Really a treat. The Hub with the levels is done in a engaging way, by incorporating small traversal challenges in between major levels. Always, there could be something more, but this is an extremely well executed game!

S+ on the entire game: vanilla, mirror, and both versions of the Skip-It level (best level). Might go for the speedrun achievement later. Game is a solid 9/10 with an incredibly smooth difficulty curve, almost too smooth since the beginning 75% of the game is incredibly easy to pretty easy (S+ ranks help that quite a bit). Not really too much to say it's just a good game that I would say is a great introduction to advanced platforming for intermediate players. A bit surprised this game isn't more popular given how smooth of an experience it is. Mirror world is a bit disappointing since the only levels it makes a tangible difference on are the elite levels since the margin for error is tighter. I still did it, but I certainly wasn't going to bother with clear times. Though I do miss the constant changes Noctis mode had when it came to exploring that world. The base move-set has significant depth at least in Eden Genesis, but it made the experience feel static outside of the elite levels since the mechanics weren't really being explored or tested. I'm not saying this game needs to be a metroidvania, but I did expect new regions to feature something new (i.e. Super Meat Boy). The story is alright and the references are mostly well done, but we're here for the gameplay and in that regard this is an excellent game to spend your time with.
