very very very very early acces. Art stilization very low. Grass tree low poly. Hunting games shouldn't be low poly.

So far, my experience of this game is very positive, I enjoy the mechanics, they really put a bit more skill into the act of shooting a gun, and the selection of animals are fairly good. I'll have a more expanded review of this game on a later date once I get to experience the game at full.

There's the makings of something good here. The problem is, the developer does not know the first thing about actually creating video games.
For starters, the settings page is extremely bare, no separate options for tuning different audio like sfx, the drone's sounds, and ambient was another small gripe. The look sensitivity slider felt like it did nothing, I had to tweak my mouse dpi manually, which for a game that utilizes that "advanced" shooting mechanic, caused me frustration, and no, I'm not bumping the game's difficulty down.
Then there's the whole "minimalist" style with "realistic" mechanics itself. It simply does not work, I don't get enough information about anything. I can't tell when my rifle's safety is on, nothing told me there were hunger and thirst mechanics because when I was getting LESS than "very comfortable", THEN I got the prompt to check my status.
There was also the lack of feedback when at the shop. I couldn't tell if I bought that animal tag, so I inadvertently bought two, and lost all my money at the start.
While these are all small nitpicks of the game, they added up to a very frustrating experience. So no, I'm afraid I'm not going to keep this game.
