Give this game another year or so before purchasing. It's super rough around the edges currently.
Placing things is clunky, figuring out ghost behaviors is odd and finding evidence takes a minute. One other thing I can say is the items in the store tell you what they do, but its vague; they don't really help you figure it out imo. A thing I would ask the devs to do is to add a tutorial so people know what to expect and how to use things. While some stuff is straightforward for Phasmo or Demonologist fans, for new peeps entering the horror genre (And players like myself who were confused with the games mechanics), it would help to learn how to use the tools properly.
All in all, it's rough. I'm curious to see how much it grows with time though.

I started my Second Ghost Hunt on the Game Abnormality and was jump scared so hard that I woke Mrs. Winter up. She came in the room and grabbed my shoulder and jump scared me in real life so hard i screamed again... only to lose to a return visit of Mrs. Winter a few mins later, and had to shut the ghost hunt down for the night due to her Rolling a Natural 20 in Intimidation! 10/10 would recommend!!!
