This is totally one of the worst ripoffs I have ever played, Still, they have updated the game since 2007, and still this game is so broken, totally unbalanced classes, the buttons dont work time to time, and the bhopping is 1 of the worst things that exists, you can run faster than a scout and its easy as hell to do it, I dont even know why I even installed it, and the thing you need to stand still to shoot with the sniper rifle, thats 1 out of many terrible stuff that is somehow "balanced" to this games creator -.-, like I said, I would never recommend playing this, they say that studdering/stuttering is fixed, NOPE, this is an super laggy game even me having a 1500$ GTX 1080 16 GB RAM and 1 terabyte memory, I will never play this S H I T T Y game again!

I've been playing team fortress back then when I was still a little younger and even today many years later fortress forever still manages to bring back old memories. I spend well over 4000hours on fortress forever so far (including presteam launch) and still enjoy every minute of playing the game!

It's fun as hell, but not a lot of people play it. You can still drag your friends into it and kill them all, though.
I mean, unless they play as Pyro.

This game is what it would be like if Valve had made TF2 in the style of TFC. With that said, I love this fan take on the game. While I am late to the punch on the series as a whole and this game being old as it is, I can't help but to play this mod from time to time. In fact to be honest, I'd play this more often as much as I do TF2 if there were more peoople online playing. I want to say this, the devs, as small as their team is, have my support. This might not be a Valve project, but it just as fun, as the offical series. I saw on the fortress forever website they allow volunteers; I think I might partake in this. This mod I believe is great and needs more support, even after how many years of release. The one down side, at least to me is the fact there isn't bot support for when I want to play by myself. Overall, this is really fun and I can hands down recommend it.

Fortress Forever attempts to recreate Valve's 1998 Multiplayer FPS, Team Fortress Classic and recreates it into the Source Engine. Playing this DOES invoke fond memories of the original Team Fortress Classic, however it feels a lot harder than it needs to be in certain areas. Not only that, but there are rarely any players playing on servers currently. At least it IS free...
In conclusion, this game is pretty good, but a hard son of a bitch.
