I absolutely love this game! i played back on the 360 and recently learned it was on steam! kick@$$ man

Certified Hood Classic. Classically Xbox 360 indie. Yes it's got a ton of game breaking bugs. (including one that gives you every achievement all at once which is how i did that) But Certified Hood Classic.

This game is 100% a must play. I first purchased this game on my xbox 360 when I was 12 and it was extremely fun for the affordable price. Thank you Digital DNA for all the memories, looking forward to the remastering.

CastleMiner Z was basically Minecraft with guns for me, and I seriously enjoyed it back in the day. Even now, I occasionally return to play it because of how much I liked it, even though it's far from perfect. Honestly, I’d love to see this game get a sequel with modding support. Wait, it's happening! Check out DigitalDNAGames on YouTube. They are making a remastered version in Unreal Engine 5 and planning to launch a Kickstarter. As for the game itself, in 2025, it definitely shows its age. You might be better off playing Minecraft with mods instead, but there is still a certain charm to it. Similar to Minecraft, you mine, craft, and shoot monsters. Pure nostalgia makes me want to give it a "Yes", but since it is an old game and not up to today’s standards, there are a few issues as well. This game might not be for everyone. I would recommend waiting for the remaster if it actually happens. But if you want to support the devs, you can still buy the original.

I played this game way back on the xbox 360, some of my best memories from that time was booting it up with some friends after school and working on our worlds together. Over the years I kind of forgot about it as I grew up into some other games and changed platforms etc. Playing it now brings back so many memories and all I can really say is this game just hits different. There's something about it that's just feels right about it. I wish so much that they would come back and remaster it, until then though, this will do.

I remember playing this game as a kid before I owned a copy of Minecraft. Not a bad game (its stock and cheap nature is sort of appealing in its own unique way), but playing Endurance is terrible due to the game constantly crashing. I've tried multiple times, and it always happens. I want to do things like complete Endurance mode, but I don't want to sit here and waste my time hoping that my game won't crash.

This Game Is Very Nostalgic, But if You're Playing it For The First time, You Might Uninstall the Game Because of The Graphics Or Something, Sure This Game Is Simple but You Can Do Many Things With It.

The game is good yes i love the weapons and items you can craft and the different types of dragons you can fight and the different types of music that plays when you encounter a new biome or an alien mothership however i will say do not play endurance mode it's not good for your mental health however i won't stop you if you want to play that game mode but play it at your own risk other than that good game would recommend it.

i would really appreciate a remake of this game, i cant imagine how much fun it would be if the developers got their hands on this game again!
