(TLDR, I am just disappointed, reviews promised a Taboo RPG, What I got was a clunky naughty book with poorly explained RPG like elements and only a few interesting ideas, not recommended unless you just want to watch cut scenes of ALL of the tags that appear randomly, or if you don't mind resetting to avoid a ton of cheap poorly telegraphed landmines.) Ok, I'm no stranger to Taboo topics, but this game didn't make a good first impression.,, The long and short of it is there is a girl at the start of the game that you have no opportunity to save. I get wanting to create drama, but like fuck give me a minute to care about someone if you're going down that route, I didn't feel emotional distress, I just felt frustrated because I read reviews where the ability to make choices was praised, but the fist scene is a situation where I have no input, and your POV character is not even there so there shouldn't even be a reason I'm seeing it. That's not dramatic, that's just boring and frustrating. I'll keep playing to see if the game actually turns into an RPG, maybe I'll update my review or something, but telling me you're selling me an RPG full of choice and the first scene has no choices and doesn't even involve my PC is a really effective wat to make me upset, not at the content I saw in the game, but at the writing of the game. I'll just skip that shit and see if hopefully I'll actually be allowed to play pretty quickly. (Update 1: The scene was part of the prologue, not part of gameplay, but I think my criticism still stands, the prologue seems to be pretty necessary for context because otherwise you just don't have a lot of context for what's going on.) (Update 2: Ok, this might be my final update. First, I don't hate this game, I am disappointed by it, I think the reviews are very misleading, I really love some ideas about mechanics in the game, but combat is confusing and I find myself soft resetting pretty frequently just because things like combat and consequences for your actions [I don't mean DECISIONS I mean ACTIONS, like walking over tiles that have no explanation] are poorly explained so the consequences have not felt earned, there are some nice intuitive things but for every good thing there are like 2 things there are just aggravating, idk if it is just a translation issue but this game just feels frustrating. UNLESS you are explicitly into basically ANY tag in this game being dropped on you randomly, and just want to turn your brain off and ride something taboo I can't recommend it, I'm FINE with taboo, but personally the randomness of it is too much for me to handle, this isn't a great RPG in my opinion, but that doesn't mean that his game wont be appealing to some people, like I said, it has a few interesting concepts, I just wish I could play it and take it seriously as an RPG, but honestly the only way I think this game could be enjoyed is as a naughty book that you passively read, not an RPG where you can expext your actions and decisions to be taken seriously.)

If you want a game full of taboo degenerate idiocy that could destroy a politicians career or be banned in multiple countries if a government even glances at this game or you have an insatiable addiction that has spiraled out of control causing you to distance yourself from your family and causing your erectile dysfunction with intimate partners in bed simply because you splooged too hard at 3am at night to the horrors of mankind's greedy thirst for lust then this game is just for you.
Color me surprised!
An H-game is not what I was expecting to review and enjoy this year. The story for this game was a lot of fun surprisingly, it even has me looking into trying it's prequel as this is actually the continuation of Konoha's story from a previous entry to the series, however previous knowledge of those games isn't necessary but can help with a few story beats in the later parts near the end. I hope it's developer will consider trying to get those previous games on Steam some day as well. I don't usually play games like this but I saw comments jokingly and non-jokingly saying Skyrim but as an H-game and honestly I think it holds quite well in that regard albeit a bit smaller in scope of course.
Bugs/Plot holes (No Spoilers.)
There's a few overlooked bugs here and there ( Blue Moon Castle for example has a side exit into one of the dungeons of the game which can be used to access a non-destroyed Blue Moon Castle if you were to lose it to the demons, leading to all the NPC's acting like nothing happened till you use the main exit to load the scene once again to the proper destroyed Castle, though I doubt many will run into this wrong warp bug often anyway due to having to go out of your way to have the place taken by the demons. ) There are some minor plot points that never come to a conclusion in some of the side quest ( or I couldn't find a continuation to some of them at least ) but neither the bugs or plot holes affect the progression of the games main story assuming you're not killing anyone important to the main quest.
Combat
The combat gives me FF8 vibes but with attack being automatic, it can mess up you're flow occasionally as it counts as a turn that you may have wanted to use on a spell or ability, but usually never enough to lose you the battle as it can be forgiving as long as you're on within 3 levels below the monsters you're fighting or 5 levels below if you have decent gear equipped.
Gear and Equipment.
I can't speak for everyone on their luck for gear but I've never had an issue finding decent gear out of the chest and nest dotted throughout the game which maybe be due to the starting lucking being set to 50 for Konoha, with it decreasing from traumatic events ( you know the ones ) or failed stealing attempts. It could just be dumb luck but I didn't see some of the early level 1- 5 weapons and armor till way later in the game due to getting decent drops and finds really early on. There's also some lore related gear hidden throughout the world that is referencing the words gods and heros from ancient literature you can find and read for extra world building, it's usually really strong and advisable for you to get it when you can. But seriously devloper, if you happen to read this. Try to release you're previous Konoha game on Steam, I'm super interested in them now and with current credit companies cutting off alternative sites to purchase H-games from day by day, it's becoming harder to support adult games more and more.
