A cozy tale of high school relationships imbued with a variety of feelings. It's like being immersed in an anime series, but you feel yourself as the main character able to make choices to determine the future.

This visual novel offers a mixed experience. On one hand, attractive artworks and cute characters bring smiles, while the soothing music immerses players in the atmosphere. However, technical issues like errors in voiceovers and vocabulary may slightly taint the impression. Nevertheless, the game features an engaging storyline and could be a great choice for newcomers to the visual novel genre

An entertaining visual novel with an interesting plot and good hand-drawn graphics, it's a pity that the game is short and ends quickly.

Wind Love delivers a captivating visual novel experience in a Japanese style. With its gripping storyline featuring four endings, numerous choices, stunning artwork, original music, and animated character sprites, it immerses you into a world of deceit, loyalty, and heartache. A poignant tale of friendship and bravery unfolds as Kay navigates the challenges of school and his determination to protect Yuko. Will he save her, or will Yuko find her own way? Wind Love's blend of narrative and visuals is an emotional journey worth exploring.
10/10
LATER 9/20/2023 I am a bit suspicious of something. This review has been archived just in case. EDIT 9/20/2023 I had put in a refund request for this game. For those wondering why, here's what I'd written.
There's a bunch of technical issues that drag down the experience quite a bit. Sometimes the graphics glitch out (making the game unplayable at times), the characters display emotions contrary to what they say, sometimes the audio tracks for a character starts on the next line or not at all, and finally there's some strange art contradictions where character heights are confusing due to how close/far they are from the main character's perspective and strange art designs that conflicts with the other character's designs.
Here is a video showing the graphics bug that I'd encountered when playing. I will keep my review marked as "recommended" in good faith that the developer will address these issues, but please take note of what I'd shared from my experience playing. 9/18/2023 It's not egregious, but this visual novel has some kinks that need to be worked out. Although I doubt there was a large team behind this game, I however wish to still provide criticism. - Characters always have a smiling expression outside of CGs with only sparkly effects or tears or a blush filter to "differentiate" emotions. [1/2] -- Due to this at times, what the character says and the facial expressions clash. At times it's not appropriate in the context they're used (if you played you'll what what I mean). [2/2] - The main character and "teacher" do not have voice acting (at least for as far as I'd gotten). - At times the voice acting file for a character doesn't trigger until you go onto the next line. - The translation isn't offensive but should definitely have been looked over by someone. [1/2] -- Sometimes due to the translation it makes it confusing about the character relationships. [2/2] - There is not a lot of characterization so the characters may come off as one-dimensional as a result. - Save files do not have a reference image nor text to let you know where you saved at exactly, only the date/time you did. - The character animations are fairly choppy despite running at 100+ frames per second. - Character positions on screen make the depth weird. For example early on, Yuka's character portrait looks bigger than Rin (her mother's) portrait when they're side-by-side. The former character looks closer to the main character than latter character causing this effect. Here is a video showing a few of the noted critiques about the game. This visual novel is not terrible, but it definitely does need work. This is one of those times where you wish Steam had a mixed recommendation option; however, there is not, so I will select recommended, but please take what I said into consideration if you plan to consume this product. Personally these issues are not bothering me enough (at the time of writing this review) to the point of me dropping this visual novel; however, I hope the developer(s) take these critiques in mind and improve upon them with their next projects. It would be great if this visual novel had these issues fixed as well.

The game heroines are drawn in such detail that I got lost in reality. The game perfectly helps to relax and forget about everyday worries.

Very cute romantic visual novel with developments as the story progresses! The girls in this game are very adorable and after a while of playing you get to know them and empathize with their problems. The game sprites are very neat and beautiful with a nice mix of colors, the plot relaxed me and just let me enjoy the narration of this airy and beautiful story.

I was very surprised that in the game, although it is a visual novel, there is animation, and even has a voiceover! All this is complemented by pleasant music.

Don't believe the lies. Your choices don't matter in this game. I played through about 7 or 8 times making different choices to see what would change. I even saved and loaded to see what immediate differences there were. The base story is interesting but I wish they didn't lie about the fact that there's really only one story here and your choices don't really change it. Yeah there are "slight" differences and you can choose which scenes happen in a couple places but they don't have any meaningful impact on the outcome. My first ending I considered to be a pretty good outcome but the game called it "Cowardice" and hinted that there was a better outcome possible... this is not apparently so, the other endings I was able to find were all significantly worse. At least the endings change at all, unlike any other scenes, but it seems to just come down to whether or not you decided to actually go to the final scene or not. Anyway there are no guides to show you what arbitrary decisions will lead to a better ending, and scene to scene your choices have no visible impact on events so good luck.

Cute anime girls are ready to charm you with their smashing looks as well as... Are you okay? Is dating simulator exactly what you wanted to do this evening? Are real girls definitely not attracted to you anymore?
