It's a solid auto battler with a fun progression.
The balance is in a good spot. There are three difficulties with different modifiers to overcome throughout the campaigns. Each game doesn't take too long. And the learning curve is perfect.
The game just released, and the experience is already great. The future for it looks very promising.
If you like the genre, this game has the potential to get your attention for quite some time.

The game starts slowly from two characters, but when you get higher level you can get more characters in team. When you get more units there comes biggest fun, It's really satisfying to plan and then watch two teams fighting.
At the beginning it takes some time to figure out best characters combo. Which means you'll have to try many different team combinations before you full understand how to build team.

Nice mix of roguelite elements and autobattler like TFT. I'm not quite sure about the balance of the game but I have completed all the missions on normal and unlocked most of what there is to unlock. The difficulty isn't hard on normal although 2 out of the 8 missions I had to replay because I lost to the final boss. Mostly because I was unfamiliar with the units I would be facing and which of my units were good or bad. If you have played any TFT you will understand the mechanics of the game.
There are a number of QOL elements missing that many roguelites mess up. Like when you are presented with choices being able to back out to look at your current game state (what units you have, how much gold you have, what items you already have, etc. ) but it has been an enjoyable game.
It took me some time to realize I could right click on my units to see their stats. Once I did that it was immensely helpful in making choices however you can't see units stats or their stat progression when choosing a unit where you do get to see their ability.
Also opening the purchase units menu hides your current bonus levels. So I found myself screen capturing and pasting into paint so I could make purchasing less a memory game in the early rounds.
Unit positioning makes a big difference.
There are many choices to make between banking gold for interest or pushing levels to get more units on the board or hunting for a unit level up.
It gives you just enough to think about to be fun and the battles are fun to watch play out. I wish you could adjust the speed of the action or pause it to check stats mid fight but it isn't that big a deal but it would be useful to see if items are doing what you think the description was describing.
All in all I would totally recommend it based on my <$1/hour criteria. Any game I get more hours of fun out of than dollars I spent is a winner and this game is a little gem.
