Lost in a psychedelic forest and found the giant groovy mushroom.

I don't know.....I'm kind of sad =( I mean, you get what it says. It's a walking simulator, but it could be better. The forest feels a little empty and it looks all the same. It was hard to find the spots because of many graphic glitches and samey optic. If you really really really into walking sims you could like it. But buy it with big discount

Alright. **Autumn Hike** is done and dusted. This one I bought for 55 cents, which seems like exactly the right price, lol. It was Steam Deck functional. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3052695574 So, a few changes I note in this entry to the **Hike** series: All achievements are gone. The same three looped music tracks are thankfully gone. The songs are replaced by a wolf howl on repeat, owl hoots, the wind blowing, leaves rustling, and your footsteps. The assets used in this one seem a bit more colorful. Draw distance seemed a bit further out. There is a button set to show objectives, which is nice. The shift (run) defaults to L3. It's more concise and demonstrated that the dev has read some of the reviews from previous games and made some adjustments accordingly. How is this even a game? You press forward, that's it! That is all you can do. The screenshots/video of the game is all that's in it. I'm not joking. The "tasks" are to walk up to 5 things, 2 of them I did without even noticing. The game doesn't even see the tent as a physical thing, you can walk right throw it. There is no clicking or interacting with anything. The map is tiny and the edges are blank hills, nothing on them but repeating texture pattern like mincraft blocks or tiled myspace background. I don't know what I was expecting but it was more that what this is

This is a walking simulator and usually I like them, however this was just one big map. Very repetitive. Nothing new to see. The sound effects of walking could have been great, but it was this weird sound that repeat throughout the whole game. You walk faster sideways. No real story or anything to do. I feel that this developer just starting pumping out games and did not care about the quality or gameplay. Really disappointed.
