First and foremost, this seems to be a one person show and that shows... but that's ok. Typical metroidvania-lite, find stuff and fight stuff, with some souls elements as well (big bosses, nonsense story, health, magic, and stamina, ect) but they... could use some work. Controls are clunky at best and at worst you will want to check your map and end up closing the game (I played on controller, I do not know how knb is), but most of the time you will just be equipping items you didn't mean to, or save quitting non stop.
but honestly for the price I would recommend, and double so if you like metroidvanias.
