F-15C for DCS World DLC

So, I've just gone through a user-created flight school campaign for this aircraft module. Seems like in the mainstream DCS community there's a lot of people who kinda look down on these Flaming Cliffs aircraft because they're not clickable cockpit full-fidelity crafts. And that may be your thing, and if so that's great. What I would say about these is that the FC2024 aircrafts may not be FULL-fidelity, but they're still HIGH fidelity. I'm new to flight sims and I've been working my way through the older ones. So, aside from Nuclear Option and the arcade games like Wingman, I've played F22 ADF and Wings Over Europe (aka Strike Fighters 1). So, coming at these from that perspective, man oh man. DCS Flaming Cliffs is a traditional survey sim-style game with current era graphics and polish. This sits in a middle ground between the old golden-era flight sims and the cutting edge study sim that is the rest of DCS. The DCS visuals are absolutely gorgeous. There's so much less old-school jank. The menus and compatibility are modern. There's fanmade interactive tutorials. The aircraft feel substantial, and seeing all the gorgeous post-processing and high-def terrain, the sun lighting up the clouds in the valleys, the little settlements... you gotta stop and appreciate how beautiful stuff like this is. Strike Fighters 1 is barren in comparison. F22 ADF too. And the systems in FC2024 are much deeper than those older games. There's a lot more fine-grained control over your radar, and everything just feels better. If you're a person who really loves the old golden-era flight sims, this is for you. You have to understand quite a lot about what's going on in the cockpit and in the sky to be able to run these planes, but a lot of the fine-grained detail is glossed over. That isn't a bad thing, IMO. I am also getting way better performance from DCS thru Proton than I expected to. On my system I can pull off stable framerates at High settings in 2k resolution. Don't be afraid to try FC2024 out if you're worried about the folks who call these low-fidelity. It's still really super cool. If you think the way the Frogfoot in the free content is piloted is neat, or you enjoy the classic sims, then you'll probably have a blast here. I plan to pick up the full FC package. That ought to be a whole lot of fun stuff to play with. $15 here though is a good price for getting your feet wet.

I got this aircraft for learning. If you are a beginner and wanted to try good aircraft without clicking anything into the cockpit, You can definitely go with F-15C. Its a good beginner-friendly aircraft of modern days.
