It's a very good mapp maker, but I miss knights and other animals

Amazing tool that calls you to sink fat hours into it. Regardless to early access limitations, it's still an amazing product certainly worth exploring. Major thumbs up

This is a map maker i would recommend to any DM. I love the looks, and the amount you can customize. I have so many maps i have been wanting to put into something like this, and i was so happy when i found this. 10 out of 10, would recommend. I am still learning how to work everything, but i am loving every new thing i find. And to the creator, thank you for making something i will use for years to come! Please keep up the good work!

Very easy map maker. I love the simplistic archaic artistry.

I do not have a lot of experience with map making tools, so my learning curve is extremely steep. I've seen a lot of interesting possibilities, but found very few tutorials on YouTube that breaks down each of the functions and how to do various things like create terrain and world maps as well as city or building maps. (I am slightly stumped on how to create mountains.) The UI could be a little more friendly toward people who can't read super tiny fonts, and can't figure out how to get objects to move, even when the directions are right there (but can't be read because of tiny, tiny fonts.) On a purely hardware level...the program keeps crashing. I've tried to use the customer service FAQ but it's suggestion doesn't seem to work.

I find that the main strength of this map maker is it's ability to make town and city maps. If you're like me and need these types of maps for dnd, but don't want to rely on a generator this is a good tool for the job. I've mainly used other map making tools such as DungeonDraft however, I find that it's not the strongest for city or town maps. Canvas of Kings on the other hand can make them with ease. The tools are intuitive though a bit confusing at times. There is a learning curve and as others have mentioned there aren't many tutorials out there. If there was one feature I wished the program had it would be the ability to set a limit to canvas size. I find that working with a nigh infinite canvas can make it hard to gauge the final scope/scale of the map and it makes water a bit strange to plop down.

Very nice and simple map creator, easy to learn, a very specific control is a bit wonky but for early access it's really solid. It is now up to the community and the devs to create more assets.

TBH I've been following this app updates for a long time and finally decided to buy it. I like the idea and theme of the map editor but tbh it's a little bit hard to understand what to do and which instruments should be used at the specific time. I would appreciate it if you could add some walkthroughs or tutorials for the first-time launch. Anyway, I look forward to future updates and hope to use your editor for my campaign someday.

I have been using this program for quite some time now. I am amazed by just HOW incredibly made it is. Updates are constant and healthy. There are many options of map editing and more being added every month or so. a really great map making tool for TTRPG combat. Couldn't recommend enough. DO GET IT, IN FULL PRICE! It is worth it.

Its a very good start. Very intuitive and easy to use, it just needs more assets.
