Cute little game. Wish you could get skill points faster.

A friend of mine bought this game to me as a joke. After getting every achievement I did enjoy my experience it reminded me much of old new grounds or cool math games from when I was a kid. Cute little bite sized game buy it if you just wanna kill a few hours of your day

✨️"Capitain Goose" - очень крутая инди-игра про пиратов-гусей от новоиспечённой DiaMMax Games! Данный экшон с сюжетом выглядит шустрым и привлекательным, поэтому давайте сразу перейдём к плюсам и минусам игры. Плюсы: ➕️Довольно динамичный геймплей: за всем надо следить, всё нужно делать, необходимо крайне точно стрелять и понимать, что тебе требуется купить до начала долгого заплыва; ➕️Наличие прокачки оружия, корабля, получения на него перков, разнообразие врагов, боссов, в общем, контент в игре имеется); ➕️Ахиренный тематический дизайн игры: всё оформлено в духе времён пиратов, а все утки крякают, соответствующе топают по полу и т.д.; ➕️Наличие уникальных достижений (это довольно важно в наше время); ➕️Наличие качественного русского языка. Минусы и недочёты: ➖️Излишняя простота игры, которая её и убивает(. Игр такого типа не мало на рынке, игр про пиратов, а уж тем более и про гусей, очень много, "Capitain Goose" выделяется лишь своей стилистикой и шармом; ➖️Разнообразия после первой половины игры практически нет никакого, игра буквально наскучивает после 2-х часов игры, даже музыка никак не меняется (но это не повод не покупать игру). 💡Итог: 7️⃣/🔟. Пусть игра довольно дефолтненькая, но вот в ней есть что-то своё, какая-то своя душа. Советую купить её и поиграть чисто пару раз или чисто для того, чтобы поубивать время, пока на парах).

The novelty wears of a bit too quick and then it's mostly repetitive and frustrating. Continue the same thing with more stuff flying at you. Lovely.

Looks like all the reviews are in Russian, right now, so here goes: I think it's worth the $5. I got it on sale but, honestly, it's pretty worth it. The art style is nice, the writing is decent, the gameplay is pretty fun and not too punishing/easy. The downsides are that it doesn't feel like it has a ton of replayability (there's not that much depth to the gameplay) and the music is pretty tiring by the end of it--being an obvious Pirates of the Caribbean knockoff. It's also mildly annoying I can't tell if I have status effects on me for a lot of them and have to think to check the hold to see the status effects on me. (e.g. one you can easily notice is when the gunner gets drunk and the aim lines fade out) I finished the game and I might finish it once more to get the achievements which'll likely round me out around probably 7 or 8 hours of play time so, overall, I think it's worth the $5.

For an indie game - it is a good one. However, there are several things that prevent me from recommending it.
