Cute little game with a couple little grammar issues here and there. But the game play is fun and quite enjoyable to run through.

This game needs to be flagged early access. There is a lot that seems to be missing for fundamentals.
1. There is no tutorial. A few help and information screens pop up but nothing that really tells you how to access menus and basic game-play. It is easy for an experience gamer to figure out but a new or younger gamer could struggle.
2. This game is optimized for a controller. You cannot use the mouse to click on the options on screen. Typical ASDW and Arrow keys to move. Space gets you started but you have to figure out to use E or F to access mentions and Q for MAP.
3. There is no exit. You have to close the winder to exit the game. Even on the "system" menu you can save and load but there is no exit to menu or exit application.
4. Difficulty balancing needs to happen. There is no real difference in difficulty and seems to be mainly based on luck of your magistone rolls/drops.
Game has potential. I would recommend if it was early access but if this is a finished game I could not. Hopefully devs are watching and are still updating.

Having a great time playing. The characters are fun to spend time with. The story is interesting. There are a lot of enjoyable systems and intricacies to learn. There is a large variety of backdrops to fight in. The monster design is varied and interesting. There is a cute character named Famin for all the distinguished players.. Overall a fantastic jrpg.

Honestly wasnt expecting much from this. It is worth the full price that's asked of it. On sale this is a steal.
The game stays away from anything relationship wise. Has an isekai feel.
Sadly your choices are fixed. I would of loved to of made decisions at all.

I am not going to sugar coat it and cut right to the chase. This is absolutely one of the best games I have bought in recent memory.
Don’t get me wrong I saw Isekai and I immediately thought generic story with an OP MC who acts as the only real character while everything else just orbits his awesomeness in awe. And yes the OP MC did make a showing but that’s what everyone expects from the trope and while you do face off against the ‘most powerful’ beings in the world your confidence is quickly shattered post game when you find for lack of a better word crippled heroes and a few others who can body you very easily if you don’t have a plan.
Most of all I loved the story the MC for the vast majority of the game just felt like an observer and taking that perspective allowed the growth and development of all the heroes and party members as well as side characters and even enemies. No character sits you down and does a blow by blow of their life in an info dump it all flowed rather naturally with the story it was telling giving each character a depth that I for one haven’t seen in a game character in years.

I had hope that this one (my 44th Kemco Game) would be a little different.
And the starting point with an alternate reality was interesting...but fear not...this is an 08/15 RPG without anything special (so far).
It is one of those game where the description ultro easy is necessary. And I played on highest difficult..still fights even bossfigths are done with automatic. So don't waste even more money on the Pay to Win DLC....you won't need them!
In fact there are so many ways to boost your characters.....it's no fun anymore!
After the interesting start the game falls down to mediocre...no not right lower than that.....it is BORING!!!!
There is no real story behind this....go into the dungeon, beat the boss to gain guild coins to raise your guild level. And with higher level you can go deeper into the (ONE) dungeon. Overworld? eehhh, maybe but so far I haven't seen it...you travel by coach.
To raise your level you can also take guild quests....OMG, calling them quests would be a disgrace to real quests.
Overall, not for one moment was there a moment of immerse with your characters....it was
just hopping from one location to the next.
The game is still too hard for you? That's what the Ingame Shop is for:
a) every real day you can play roulett 3 times and win something
b) every few fights (3 I guess) you gain 10 coins and can purchase items that may destroy the ballance of the game
c) with the same coins you can forge items that absolutely destroy the ballance!!!
d) not enough? How about planting some seeds to gain more stats?
So can I recommend this game...let me think about it....NO, NJET, NEIN, NON

Another excellent Exe Create game with a unique twist, that starts simply, and expounds by the epic conclusion, deftly drawing the threads together into a satisfying experience.

Isekai Rondo is yet another Asdivine-like game from Exe Create and KEMCO, which basically tells you most of what you need to know about it right there. Basically: expect unique mechanics for all of your characters, extremely high mechanical power levels, and a lot of options which feel like they're verging on cheat powers. Given the theme of this game - isekai fiction, where the protagonist usually has cheat powers - it was quite fitting.
So yeah, story-wise it was okay, nothing earth-shattering but fairly fun all around. Mechanically it was enjoyable but a bit too easy, as I was able to pretty quickly get and stay above the curve and never had to turn the difficulty down from Very Hard. It wasn't quite as much of a no-brainer as some of the Kemco games with more broken systems, but instead it was just one where I was permanently above the leveling curve.
If you're in the mood for a decent-quality JRPG, about 15-20 hours for the main game and 22-27 hours for a 100% clear, Isekai Rondo isn't a bad choice.

I like it. It's not too hard even on hardest difficulty. This version of the game gives you more in game benefits than the mobile version.

Game seemed cute enough, decent story start, pretty graphics, and boy do i love Isekai.
But its easy?
Like. Really easy, I don't know if i'm supposed to just not use features, but i played the game on "very hard".
Here's the run down of the game;
You've an average salary man who's had a bad stroke of luck with recent jobs, but you try to remain optimistic and go home, you nearly get struck by a truck but as you dodge it, you get stuck in the head by a plant pot and die.
A bit funny, and I personally was now interested in the story.
Without spoilers, you are then transported to a fantasy world and your life is just as terrible here than it was to start with, some things happen, you get "class" and become a sage, learn a few spells, and now you're into combat after signing up with a guild!
Theres a subplot growing in the background, you get taught about summoning which is something your companion can do, combat is turn based but uses a grid where you can position characters, so far, looks like it could be really great.
But the game then also introduces a system with an item called "magistones"
This is a currency you can use to do a few things in a shop accessed by a menu, imagine your typical pay to win MMO store, though you dont have to spend any real money in this game.
Magi stones can be used to buy special items, forge special weapons, access "special rooms" which i never used, and spin a lottery wheel (which was free per day)
I instantly forged a random weapon for that cool boost (Since i was playing on very hard and didnt know what to expect) and got a very overlevelled "hoe" weapon, sadly my companions could only use sword and staff, so it was useless, but its ok, i could just sell it.
I sold it for 900,000 gold...
"Now wait a minute" i said "That seems drastically too high"
And i was correct, I could now afford to buy every shops entire inventory 3 times over.
At this point i'm a bit concerned, but I'm holding out hope that the game wont simply become a steamroll.
I go to the first "area" of a dungeon, which are small linear maps, find my first boss, which is a giant tree thing.
At this point, i am level 9
The game reminds me of magic, and elemental weakness's
I use 1 fire spell, and take out a quarter of the boss's hp, and i cringe
Reminder, this is considered "very hard" and currently i am the richest man on the earth from selling a single item and now even without extremely powerful equipment from the magistone shop, the first boss is 1/4 dead from one attack.
The boss dies without much trouble, and i look back at the magistone shop and browse items
The items are relatively cheap, theres "loot room keys" and stat buff items, the stat buff items will increase your Max HP and Max Mana dramatically when eaten and are relatively cheap
I buy a loot room key and see just how powerful the loot is
I instantly got a lv50 magic staff that triples my current base attack stat.
Sadly that was the deal breaker for me
I like good isekai story, i like feeling powerful, I want to feel strong however from my own efforts in a game, this game WILL make you overpowered very quickly.
Maybe it evens out later and i gave up to soon, but the start of the game just didn't sell it for me.
I'll keep an eye out for other reviews and maybe some analysis of the game in the future, if it turns out that i gave up far too quickly and it truly does get better, I'll re-purchase the game.
TL;DR
Story looks amazing
Animations and Combat is visually impressive for pixel art
Combat is extremely easy even on its hardest difficulty, resulting in a lack of effort or drive to keep going.
