Playing this game after the first one feels like watching fan service off-season anime episodes first, then followed by an epic arc that fully invested in the story line. It was glorious.

About 5 hours for a quick reader. I don't think this one is as good as the other two since it has way less femdom. The story goes FR and two of the new characters are very annoying. The scenes are still good but rarely is like the last games. The ending is kind of ridiculous but I saw it coming so it was no surprise.

I came here from watching anime, bought all the visual novels, completed them in one day and do not regret doing so.

watch the hentai but got no conclusion so i play this game. Boy Dr Amamiya is too loud when i put on my headset, even my neighbour next door think i am bringing a foreign hooker.

Simply amazing. Lots of content in this episode. The vanilla scene with [spoiler]Kurokawa got me right in the feels.[/spoiler] There was one event I found humorous which was when [spoiler]the director of the hospital was getting sexually abused by some nurses. [/spoiler] You know how a lot of straight people watch censored g@y p0rn for laughs and for the story? (No seriously, look up the Catalina Collection channel on YouTube.) Well, in a somewhat similar fashion, I played this for the story; it was very compelling and well-written. There are several characters I have crushes on now and they live rent-free in my head. I hope to see another visual novel by Dark One! because if this is an example of quality their work is then I would certainly like to see another one.

As the last game of the franchise instead of following the general flow of the previous games, the story keeps picking up its pace following the cliffhanger we were left in the previous game's ending.Moreover the past of some heroines were also included which allowed us to better understand how things ended up as they were.Unfortunately there were once again no animations but that emptiness could be easily filled because the voice acting quality was at its best as always.

To be completely honest, as somebody who's played through and deeply appreciated the first two episodes of this visual novel, I was initially compelled to give the third installment a fat, red thumbs-down. I was willing to make a detailed essay on its shortcomings, citing the ungainly tonal shift from a deadpan psychological horror to a mix of a criminal drama and a cheesy sitcom; the repetitive and unnecessarily expositional narration; the absurd, suspension-of-disbelief breaking overreliance on s*x as a means of subjugation (even by this series easy-going standards); the batsh*t insane InfoWars conspiracy level plot, and the blatant character assassinations that happen throughout it. But when I realized that all of the foreshadowing, the tens of hours of plot development, the in-depth exploration of toxic relationships, and the the carefully built intrigue surrounding the hospital's rotten hierarchy and the head nurse have led me to "the Cumcaine", it made me reconsider. Yes, the cumcaine pun made it all worth it in the end. 10/10 Funniest sh*t I've ever seen.

Grand finale. As long as the first two parts combined. As a whole it was enjoyable. Would have liked the option to turn off the X-Rays but it's whatever.
