Got this on sale. I used to be a huge rally x fan to be honest. It would have gotten a thumbs up BUT... you cannot mix and match with the other pac sets, it is only a package deal "for the experience" (as namco states)! shame and it is so cool in theory but the practical application and pricing make it a no go... .

Car go vroom vroom. If you like old Namco, I would just recommend the Dig Dug skin, but this ain't bad either.

The fact that you can't mix and match the Dig Dug and Rally-X skins with other visuals is regrettable and unnecessary. You're basically paying $2 for a very limited mod. Not a lot, but def not worth it. So you're stuck with this one look and one music track (and the music is not great.)

Rally-X was the first video game to have background music. And with this skin, you can be a car that eats cars that turn into puffs of smoke while jamming out to one of the sickest loops I've ever heard in my life.

The Rally-X Skin DLC is one of three cosmetic DLCs for Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+. In the case of this DLC, the character skin, visuals and background music are based on another classic arcade game, Rally-X. Personally, I found it kinda funny to play as a car being chased by other cars, and those cars turning into smoke when I got a super pellet. Like every other DLC, get it as part of the bundle.
