For the price, for it being a very small team, and for it being a grindy roguelite action game,
it's honestly not bad.
It lacks a little polish but ultimately it's just mindless fun.
Yes, you repeat the same 3 worlds, same bosses and mini-bosses, but it's enjoyable and has lots of little systems to play with to always have something to work towards.
It's simple, it's sexy, it's got a unique art style.
And while the localization to English may be a little rough, it's serviceable.
If you pick it up on sale, it's a good "weekend" game, if not one you'll come back to for a few weeks until you get tired of it.
Either way, you're getting your money's worth.
