I think it's ok, it is just that you have to understand how to approach the map when it comes to the abilities OR additional characters selection. I need to play more to figure out if the formations are actually useful.

Awesome game!
The party mechanic and formations are great ideas, makes the gameplay more involved and adds more thinking and strategy compared to other auto attack games.
Characters are great, can't wait to unlock more. Maybe lord of the rings skins someday????

This is an high potential gem in its early stage. The game requires more skill to play it compared the other survivor-like casual games which are 90% automated; and put the player's skill and precision to the test. It looks like the developer thought about the entire formation and party building carefully to make sure every decision you make will impact the run. I also like the meta progression of equipment although I wonder if we will see more to it in the future as I feel it require more work. Recommended.

After playing this game for a week ive found out that this game is very fun and great, its basically a roguelike mixed with wow, it takes a while to get used to it but after you do the game becomes really fun, i have olayed almost every bullet hell roguelike game in steam and this one is very unique, everyone should give this game a try. 8.5/10 for me.

This game is just so badly designed. Aiming is so bad it's unreal, there is only one formation where your heroes are actually useful and attack at your cursor and they really don't even get close. Gets really old watching your Lancer shoot his one good attack per 5 mins and it goes nowhere near the cursor. Why even put it in then?? Gear is awful, rarely drops, and barely helps at all. I'm hugely disappointed and wish I hadn't bought this game.

Rotation system does not work with bullet hell games. Rotating entire formation to aim is just frustrating. Party should auto aim while your main character does the manual aim.

Very possible I'm just doing something wrong. However, the formation system just doesn't work, the game incentives getting multiple characters but that results in half your group being killed while the other half remain healthy. The game also has an issue with scaling as you can't even with a 5 stack, and upgrades kill the lowest of enemy. I spent all the time I played running away from enemies as I didn't do enough damage to stand my ground. The abilities on most characters also range in the 20+ seconds which in combination with low damage make it seem like you do nothing.

Was eager to try this game-- The issue is the formation system does not work as-is. Rotating the formation is not comfortable or logical during combat, and often causes members to die while kiting enemies.
Suggestion: Have the formation auto-rotate to face the cursor. Use left and right click to rotate which unit is facing forward. (see "Just King" for a similar title that does this correctly).
Upgrades incentivize not using the full 5 characters in their current state. To keep up with scaling you can only use 1-2 characters-- I would take notes from Soulstone Survivors and allow us to either pick upgrades or additional characters at will.
It's a No for now, but the game has potential nonetheless. Best improvement would be automation of characters not being actively controlled, but some automation of formation orientation is a bare minimum to make the gameplay a smooth experience.
