If half of the content is locked off for you, install the free DLC, launch the game, exit the game, uninstall the game, and finally reinstall the game. Should work after that. Same for the second game. Art is a big leap up from the first two games.
Look, if you're like me and you just want to snag easy achievements... still don't pay full price for this. Twelve achievements aren't worth a dollar. Plus, the troubleshooting annoyed me.
