Pure arcade fun with clean graphics, sleek and addictive gameplay.
The 6 different spaceships have their own gameplay and soundtrack, and are fun to play in their own way (The Shinobi being my favorite after unlocking a few skills).
The soundtrack overall is quite good and catchy, I caught myself bopping to the beat a few times.
All in all well worth the few bucks that it costs, perfect game to play during queue times of other games or to grind to get the best ranks on each ship.

Good ranks are gated too much behind having most of the upgrades. The only way to be competitive is to spam dash once you have the unlocks maxed out, and lives lost requirement for the ranks are bugged.
I genuinely enjoy twin sticks a lot, and this game almost ruined the genre for me.
