You'll stay here forever Reviews

Proxima Centauri b was discovered on August 24, 2016. The rovers sent to the planet are not responding. It turned out that the planet's atmosphere does not allow radio signals to pass through. You have been sent to the planet's surface to find them.

Screenshots and graphics looked kind of amateur but still atmospheric. I liked the description of the game and its vibe enough to buy it. I remember when people just imagined Proxima Centauri having its own system of planets, and now we know that it really does. There aren't really any other games that I know of which let you explore Proxima Centauri b, and I like puzzle / walking sim / exploration / horror games, so I bought it. With no gameplay footage or other games by the developer, I knew I was taking a risk going in blind. Unfortunately, the game is not good. The title banner uses a quotation mark instead of an apostrophe (You"ll) so that should've been an indication of things to come, but I didn't notice it. Be prepared to walk, very, very slowly. Even if you hold the run button, you'll still be moving at a snail's pace through a system of valleys, trying to find three probes, or something. Don't be fooled by the screenshots...the points of interest are very, very far apart. I walked for about 13 minutes trying to reach at least one of the dots on the minimap, and was rewarded with a dead end. Not interested in backtracking for another 10 minutes, I decided to refund the game. To make this game good, the terrain needs to be improved - add rocks or more believable variations so that everything doesn't look the same. The run speed needs to be drastically increased. Maybe some kind of map could be added so you don't get disoriented and hopelessly lost. There was potential here, but this really needed to be playtested before uploading it to Steam. Try to update it and have some more people test it out; improve the game based on their feedback. Until then, I can't recommend this to anyone.

This game seems impossible to finish and may be a troll. The navigation system never changes and is worthless. There is only 3 points of interest and only the first has a working puzzle. The second is just visual and the 3rd kills you. The 3rd point of interest seems to be a trap with an incomplete puzzle There are 2 keys but only 1 keyhole and both keys do nothing and you die. Requested a refund. Don't play this game unless it gets alot more work.
