I would recommend this game for its fun and challenging gameplay, but I have to mention one annoying issue.
When scrolling to move to another area, you need to be careful. If the mouse cursor slips too far to the right, it ends up in the item list. This causes the item descriptions to pop up repeatedly, which is very distracting and takes away from the experience.
Despite this annoyance, the game is still enjoyable and worth checking out if you like hidden-object challenges. Just be prepared for some occasional frustration with the interface!
