A truly fresh and innovative roguelike. There are lots of creative ideas in this game that work together really well. You can clearly see the passion put into this project. The game doesn't take itself too seriously and there's a lot of lighthearted humor that has a unique kind of charm to it. Also, the dev is very friendly and responsive, which is always a bonus for a game, in my opinion. If you're looking for another really unique turn-based strategy roguelike, you should take a look at "Meteorfall: Krumit's Tale" by the same dev. Even if you've played tons of roguelikes, it's probably unlike anything you've seen before.

This game is super fun if you like deck building rogue likes , The characters are super unique and fun the only thing I did not care for was the play style of the monkey.

I support everything that Slothwerks puts out, and it's for a good reason! I've played an obscene amount of both Krumit's Tale (on PC and mobile) and Journeys on mobile. Both are fantastic, well thought-out addictive and fun games, and so far this game has been no exception. The world building is original and hilarious and it's clear that this developer has a genuine passion for what they create. I'm so excited that they've turned their talents toward a turn-based tactics game, one of my favorite genres.
