A reluctant recommend if you like crappy mobile games ported crappily to steam (I may be masochistic and got the 100% lmao)

For 99 cents you will be hard pressed to find a better game. Took most of an afternoon to beat. 8/10 small game, wish it had more musical variety.

damn you waligug...damn you. This is a mobile style game but on pc, its mindless but initially the repetition and bigger numbers are fun and encouraging but by island 6 you know its just wash and repeat. Pick it up on sale.

Incredibly buggy. The game only progresses when in the active window, workers frequently come back up with no balls in their pockets, and holes you aren't nearby seem to progress at a snail's pace when you're not there. As a result it feels completely pointless to actually spend resources upgrading previous holes.

Not bad. Balancing is alright. Only thing that needs work is the gem amounts you get.

Dig Deep – A Fun and Addictive Pixel Mining Adventure For anyone who enjoys casual yet engaging mining games, Dig Deep is a fantastic choice. It takes the simple concept of digging for treasure and turns it into an exciting adventure with upgrades, hazards, and a charming pixel-art style. Gameplay The gameplay loop is easy to pick up but hard to put down. You control a miner digging deep underground, collecting gold and valuable resources while avoiding hazards like falling rocks and enemy creatures. The further you go, the better the rewards—but also the greater the risks. The game keeps things fresh with different power-ups and upgrades, making each run feel rewarding. Performance Since Dig Deep is a pixel-art game, it runs smoothly on all kinds of hardware. Whether you're on a low-end PC or a high-end system, the experience remains seamless and enjoyable. The controls are simple, and everything responds well, making it easy to focus on the fun of mining. Conclusion If you love arcade-style mining games with an addictive progression system, Dig Deep is worth checking out. It’s fun, relaxing, and keeps you coming back for "just one more run." The mix of strategy, upgrades, and satisfying gameplay makes it a hidden gem in the indie scene. Highly recommended for fans of casual roguelike mining games!

This game has taught me a valuable lesson(and I mean it not as a joke, but honestly). Although before I say it, allow me to first say - I mean no offense or hate towards the developers of it, especially since in the end, it is bug-free (at least as far as I can tell) and played smoothly. The lesson being - just because something is cheap(or free) doesn't mean it's worth buying and spending your time on. Lesson that - as long as you keep it in mind - will save you time and money. Do I recommend it as a game? Not really, it's way too monotonous, way too brain-numbing. I ended up playing as long as I did while AFKing a lot and getting almost all achievements for it due to being bored that day and ending up way too committed for my own good to see the ending.

Good game for what it's worth. Could use some UI and QOL updates to make life so much easier! But I know we'll never get them, I miss when the game first game out though, was so much easier to get infinite gold when you went infinite at floor 999. Now it's super slow. My only dislike about this game is just how you can't do other things while the game is running, so if you wanted to AFK you'd have to do it overnight or something, but you'll be stopped by the daily pop up! So I guess there is no good way to AFK this game for long periods of time. This game shouldn't take more than 6 hours to 100% though so I guess for price it's fine.
