I really enjoy it, it's a great game to just launch and play without having to obsess over minmaxing, yet challenging enough to keep you interested. It's great balance!

this game is pretty awesome just discovering the mechanics is interesting it might could use a bit more polishing and explaining the different type of pick up materials but other than that it's amazing and fun.
the biggest complaint is those times when you absolutely fumble and you get nothing for it at all. i dont want the game to be too easy but some sort of perk that rewards mistakes and or can get you something for fumbling 4 or 5 times, like a new claw when you're missing a total of 4 or 5 times maybe. this would make the player feel less like absolute dog waste. <3
anyways thanks for the fun game

Pretty fun, with good deckbuilding variety and fun combos with the various items and perks, but once I played each character a few times, I kind of lost interest. Still a good game though

Great idea but bad in practice. My biggest issue is the magnet is so overpowered it makes all the other characters underwhelming.

Speaking honestly, it's worth the price of admission. $10 is about on the nose for what this game offers, but getting it for less than that means you're much less likely to get buyer's remorse. It's significantly better than it was when it first launched for sure, but that bar was already very low to start. The real draw here is the unique nature of the game, and not a whole lot else. Because of that, the game runs its course VERY quickly.
For example, the characters all lean heavily into one specific aspect of the game and your success relies heavily on RNG/luck. After a few runs, the builds you need to succeed are spelled out for you from the moment you look at the benefits of each character. There's only one final boss, and he gains damage boosts if you gain gold in any capacity during your fight, so gold grinding builds are basically a one-way ticket to failure on any run unless your build is absolutely cracked and can kill him before things snowball, which it quickly does.
The introduction of paws to gain added benefits on subsequent runs is nice, but since there's seemingly no other paws in the game to earn besides what comes with winning a run with each character, the variety is boiled down to what you've managed to earn and many of them don't synergize well. If they add a bunch of extra paws you can earn with smaller bonuses that can fill in the gaps in specific builds, this game will have more replay value.
Which basically brings me to my biggest gripe with this game: the lack of replay value. Because the main gimmick of this game runs its course quickly, you'll get about five or six hours into the game before you're starting to look for the exit. I'm not sure what they could possibly do to rectify this, but a roguelike with no replay value is a sinking ship that is rapidly taking on water.
A lesser gripe is that if you want any of the alternative costumes, you have to join the Discord to get the codes. Not just the Discord, you also have to visit a bunch of random YouTubers' videos about them to find out their codes (and as you might guess, many of these costumes are inspired by the YouTubers in question). In all fairness, the codes are given within the first handful of minutes watching, but it's just silly.
So in summary, saving grace for Dungeon Clawler is the relatively low price of admission and its unique gimmick, but sadly marred by said gimmick's quick burnout and the overall lack of replayability.
