I like idle games, and I am willing to play a lot of them even if they're not great. Usually there's charm and polish.
I waited until completing this one to make the review - why? I don't really have a good reason. I kept hoping maybe some form of hidden progress I hadn't reached yet would reveal itself.
It never did.
This game is incredibly shallow with 6 upgrades. 2 of which you probably won't even use, and 1 which maxes out super early. So you end up with 3 useful upgrades. There are prestige mechanics, but they're just as shallow - in essence only a few of them really do anything.
It's to the point where I didn't actively play this game basically at all. I just launched and closed it and got everything completed doing that for 365 days. Yes, you read that right, it takes 365 days of opening this game for an achievement.
I guess at the end of the day I'm disappointed there's not even a single extra mechanic or two. I'm not saying every idle game needs to be layers and layers deep like Antimatter dimensions. But just...some form of fun being present at all would have been nice.
