Honestly I have a ton of fun playing this game. It can get a little repetitive with the freestyles & I absolutely would love more stadiums to play in, but other than that I’ve had an extremely fun experience playing this exclusively on my steam deck. It’s a great game to put on the dock, hook up 2 controllers & split screen with family. My son asks to play it with me almost every day when he gets home from school & is always asking his grandparents, siblings & aunties to play with him too. Would absolutely recommend for a great family game. One of the few negative experiences I’ve had with the game on my steam deck is the new DLC doesn’t run the best. The frames drop considerably on certain maps & the game gets a little choppy in the woods area as well. I’m sure this can be fixed with some tinkering, but out of the box, the game is still absolutely playable.

If you played the Monster trucks on either Hot Wheels unleashed games, you can easily understand everything wrong with this game. ---The physics are frustratingly unrealistic. If you even TOUCH another player or wall your truck bounces off like a rubber bouncing ball. This is literally a cut and paste from the hot wheels unleashed monster truck games, and I cannot stand it! ---It's too easy to flip and spin your vehicle. I get it Freestyle is easier, but now it just seems completely unbelievable, and not fun. --Freestyle is kinda fun, but racing is unbearable and frustrating. The tracks are all the same and it's all about hitting your boost on straights to win easily. I picked it up for $20 and I am still returning it. I just hate Milestone handles physics, I won't be buying another of their games.

I love the graphics and replayability! There is a lot of Monster Jam trucks and skin variations to unlock, each with their own requirements that difficulty varies on which makes replaying rewarding when completing the challenges. There's also a lot of profile features to unlock as well with their own set of challenges! The gameplay is engaging and fun with it's various categories, my personal favorite being the stunt category! I highly recommend this game!

A decent chunk of single player content, lots of trucks/liveries, and good physics to. It is pretty repetitive, but that's not exactly a bad thing.

More arcade racer than a Monster Truck sim, which I suppose is to be expected for a Monster Jam game, but I'd personally a more realistic approach. Lots to unlock and do for an initial play-through at least, and even though the game modes aren't that unique, I am still enjoying going through it. I do not see much replay-ability if you're not into multiplayer however.

This game hits all of my driving game cravings simultaniously. Racing, drifting, stunts, and great track and vehicle variety. 8/10
