The search goes on for the best arcade 'street basketball' game on PC. Look elsewhere, cause this ain't it.
The small price tag (according to steamdb's page for this game the lowest being $3.06usd) still doesn't make this worth it. There's no in-game settings. No button remapping. AI teammates are motionless. Steam achievements are broken. No difficulty options. No customization. There's hardly much at all in this, sadly :/
Even though it's not strictly a 'street basketball' game, I would absolutely recommend Basketball Classics (which I have already reviewed here, by the way) over this one for a number of reasons:
1) Appealing retro style
2) Better skill expression
3) More features
4) Nearly the same on-sale price tag
5) Same 3 button gameplay
If you really insist on it being 'street' basketball, then I'd still recommend Freestyle 2: Street Basketball. It's free to play, and it has its own hangups, that I may get to reviewing some day in the future, but you'll likely get more time to enjoy it than this.
