Unpopular Opinion: Tried Playing this with my partner, and we both came to the conclusion that neither of us had any clue as to what was happening. $70 more like $7 at best.

One of the best party games out there. If you like games like Mario party then you will love this game!

I pulled myself up by my bootstraps (got extremely lucky at the lottery) and was awarded endgame gear for my "efforts" by the end of the 2nd story quest. Then the damn bandit stole nearly all my money, starting a long quest of revenge on the squeaking gremlin that was my friend. She became a darkling and deleted all my shit, leading to infinite tilt (and more gambling) Phenomenal game.

My already tenuous friendships are either broken or close to it. The future may be lonely, but at least I got to be the darkling a couple times. It's like if Mario Party was based entirely on your local casino. 10/10 would crash out again.

I am no longer allowed to recommend games to a friend of mine. I also think they are going to burn my house down. Finished the story 10/10 would have my house burn again

Super fun game! Asked a friend of mine to play with me and it was very fun! Everything is really RNG-based because I was so OP and my friend was underleveled yet they obliterated me on the final turn and had more assets to win the game in the end. Nothing is scripted and everything is left to chance! The games are long but you're able to save and continue, even in an online lobby with friends! Definitely recommend this game for anyone looking for a party-type game! There's a lot more to this game and the map is HUUUUGGEE.

It is the best party game around, be prepared to spend 40+ hours each game trying to clear story mode. Crazy fun though.

Dokapon Kingdom is a RPG party board game, similar to games like 100% OJ, Astral Party, etc… My friends and bf hate the game to the core because it is frustrating and can potentially ruin friendships? hehe. Personally, this game holds a lot of memories for me. This is a remaster for the PS2 version of the game that I used to play with my friends and myself even. I really like the concept of the game, rock paper scissors, wheel spinning, etc… The characters are very cute and silly looking as well (they are also annoying oml). The only downside of the game for me is actually the price xD, I find it a bit expensive compared to other similar games. Moreover, the game is only fun with friends, and everyone needs the game to play with each other unless locally or remotely :/ Overall, I really love the game as a whole. It is very enjoyable with friends, but it can be tediously long, so if you wish to have just a quick game then it might not be the game for you. 10/10! (For me, can’t say for a lot of people xD). PS: I played this on the Steam Deck, and I think it works pretty well! Better even :D

Damn, this game is [b]EXPENSIVE[/b] but it is a joy to play with friends. The story mode alone will take you a lot of hours to complete so even when you play it alone with CPUs, it has a good bit to offer. However, I still only recommend getting this game on a sale (During the spring sale, this game is only 17€/19$) as the original price is a lot of money and there are a lot more games that offer much more content for less/slightly more than 50 bucks. Overall, the game is an absolute joy. Especially when you have three [strike]idiots[/strike] friends to play through the story mode with you. Just be sure to buy it during a sale, you'll be a lot happier you did that than spending the original price. Oh and do play with a controller. Trust me. Now go and get married to the King's daughter, adventurer!
