This is one of the most buggiest games I have ever played, had to restart the game 3 times so far thanks to bug (game freezing, radio stuck, Cast not appearing) I'd wait till these bugs were fixed till i get the game and even so i'd wait for a sale.

I would rate it 2.5 out of 5 stars. I give it thumbs up cause ultimately, I enjoyed playing it. But, a lot of the game hinges on a mystery that really draws you in...and then never gives you answers. I really wish there was a secret ending or something. After spending nearly 12 hours of grinding the same loop, being left with more questions than answers is really dissatisfying.

it's really a shame because the premise of this game is really interesting; playing a producer/camerawoman of a trashy reality 90s tv show with mysterious, potentially dastardly deeds going on in the background that you had to uncover with the assistance of your cast while going under the noses of the network sounded really fun. and it was; casting was a lot of fun, watching the cast interact and making sure to get all the best angles to ensure the audience was eating up every minute of my shots was neat. i cast this game to my tv so my wife and a friend of ours could backseat game, and they had a great time. right up until the ending. everything was going great, we were about to uncover a super secret, and bing bang boom, the game's over. no resolution. to anything. will there be another game? who knows. will i play it if there is? honestly at this point probably not. i think this game could still be a lot of fun even without the shitty endings if there were some sort of endless mode added, where you could just have fun producing season after season, creating your own all star seasons, so on and so forth. i dunno, i'd recommend this game if it's on sale or if you get it gifted to you for a fun night with friends, but i'm a little salty i paid money for it.

The hours played isn't right, I left it running overnight once lol. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Though the world of the game is relatively small, they really went all-out to make it a bright, fun background for the game with a lot of secrets around every corner. The characters are really distinctive and have fun 90s inspired designs. The writing is really clever, and there's a lot of great characterization here (both in the character dialogue and the "audience chat".) The promo stuff has a hint of darkness that I think made some players think there's a horror game under here, and there isn't. This is a reality show game, and I think that if you are going to be happy playing a reality show game, you'll have a good time.

The game has a cool concept, diverse, endearing characters and cute graphics but it gets boring really fast, the random conversations between characters starts repeating after just a few in-game days, and mind you, you have to complete 5 Monday-to-Friday seasons to get one of the two endings. Repetitive much? Sure, you can unlock some additional interaction buying props, but still... also, i'm dumb so i did the Crusher ending first and to get the other one i would have to restart from scratch and there's no way i do that without an option to skip/fast forward days, at least in easy mode where you don't need to satisfy audiences to progress, and honestly the overarching story isn't interesting enough to warrant another full playthrough.

My biggest issue with this game is the interactions. They are so repetitive, for a game about a reality show where character interactions should be a priority the dialogues start repeating in the first few days. Lines that I thought were character specific to fit their personality were later repeated by completely different characters. The cast getting mad at each other or falling in love TOO fast, these relationships that they form mean absolutely nothing and have zero consequences. I expected I'd have to mix and match their personalities for the seasons and that it would make a difference, but it does not. And I was so excited for this game. Big disappointment.

Pros and cons are down below) Check out my experience here (it's the 2d game there, it's highly edited, short and sweet (but beware of spoilers): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBS0VsgTISs Pros: 1. It's a fun game with an interesting premise. You are playing as a camera woman who has to film a dating reality show. Different audiences want different things so you have to keep that in mind (some audiences want drama, some want cute friendly interactions, some want feet.... you got the idea XD). And this would be interesting enough on it's own (at least for me) but there's MORE going on in the game, there is a dark secret behind this lovely show. 2. There are lot's of interactions between cast memebers. During my gameplay which took 7 hours to 100% the game I played through 4 seasons (so 20 in game days) and the interactions started to repeat a little only closer to the end (but the repeating interactions were between different cast members, so they still had different flavor to them). It's really fun to watch the cast develop relationships and create drama. 3. The game is visually pleasing. Cons: 1. The gameplay loop might get boring after you play through the 4 seasons. There are 2 endings in the game and 2 achievements. If you do boat before slide then you don't have to replay the entire game. If you do vice versa, then it's gonna be really boring to replay for the achievement :/ Be smart, boat > slide! 2. There are some audiences that are definite for an in game day and some which are chosen randomly. Sometimes the audiences stand in the way of you doing the cast member's task. Sometimes there would be an audience that wants a specific cast member that hasn't even been chosen for the season, making it really hard to satisfy that audience. Sometimes the cast just won't do the interactions that audiences want to see. Meaning the rng can really frick you. 3. This might be a me problem, I don't know but I was recording the gameplay of this game and the footage was insanely heavy comparing to the usual. So yeah if you want to record or stream, check the settings. 4. The endings felt anticlimactic to me (both of them). It just feels like... "and what?" the game lacks resolution or consequences of your choice, maybe a cut scene or just plain text saying what happened shortly after. Overall: I loved the game but I understand the negative reviews for it. I'd rate it 6.5 success slides / 10. It's fun and cute but it isn't groundbreaking. I think it's a tad bit expensive but it's just my personal opinion.
