Im Sale ok – der Vollpreis ist nicht ganz gerechtfertigt für den Inhalt. __________________________________________ Ok if it’s in sale - the full price is not quite justified for the content.

A Lost Note is a very emotional game that tells a love story through the eyes of a cat. While the game doesn't go into depth with puzzle solving or challenges, the teenage tale of love found and love stolen make up for this - and it is refreshing to have a game that doesn't have us dying and restarting at every corner of play. I've followed this project on social media for quite some time, and it was a great experience to finally be able to control the cat for myself and unravel the tale. I look forward to future projects from this developer.

This game has enormous potential, it's fun and has peaceful landscaping and music and let's not forget you can play as a cat :). It's a unique take on exploring the world and the objective of finding the lost notes is engaging for the most part. There are problems though and I am saying this out of belief of the game's potential. First off, if you try and look up at the pretty sky, your view is obstructed by the grass which kinda ruins the game. Secondly, the narration (while truly beautiful the script may be) is very quiet compared to the volume of the music.

Love poem, memorial, story of love and loss. Told through the journey of a cat walking, running, jumping through forest, etc. It's unique to say the least. Very chill, relaxing. Purchased at considerable discount.

This game is not worth the price tag. I'm not sure it's worth the play either. I usually feel that's pretty open ended and people will like what they like, try what they like, spend money on what they like - but this isn't one of those things sadly. I think there's potential, still, to make this game better. Maybe? But as it stands it's a pretty meh experience. I got it on sale for like $3. Which is also eh, but definitely more accurate pricing. First you have the obvious price tag of $25 for a game that's a little over 2 hours to play if you go for "completion" of collecting every single note (which there's no reason to, so why would you). Then you have the note collection which is tedious and only made slightly better by the fact that you're a tiny black panther cat. There's also no reason to collect the notes, it seems, as the story is delivered in daunting PARAGRAPHS that hit randomly. I think it's more based on how far through that map you've traveled more than anything. Finally, the story delivery in paragraphs is not ideal. It was such an information dump and also spaced out to such an extent I couldn't remember what was said in the previous paragraph by the time I'd triggered the next one. So a more fair price tag, slower story delivery (maybe a sentence or two per note gathered for example), and purpose are definitely needed here.

Walking simulator, but with a cat. I don't want to be too critical on a small game like this but... I didn't enjoy this. The environments and soundtrack were nice but the areas get pretty repetitive very quickly, especially when they give way to... the same area again constantly, with the same soundtrack. And oddly the same narration playing at times? There are a number of QoL features that need to be addressed. Namely the game started using the integrated GPU on a dual GPU system, which is a problem that causes considerable framerate loss. The sprint key really needs to be toggle rather than hold, because you will be sprinting everywhere. And the camera needs its soft-boundaries adjusted, as walking through a bush or tall grass causes...well something incomprehensible, visual-wise. And there's just not much to this game. Its not worth its 30$ pricepoint at all. For what little is here, 10$-15$ would be more appropriate with some QoL adjustments.

it was a good game, but i don't think it was worth 30$ and i didn't really like the fact all you do is run around collecting notes, i wish there was something more you could do in this game, something that would make it worth 30$.
