This game is very fun. but why in the name of god does melee not hit the final boss? I spent like 50 turns slowly chipping away its health with the 2 whole gravitas' in my deck before it died because none of the build that titan fist centralizes around can hit the boss. please just make the final boss take damage from melee, melee builds already have the challenge of getting close enough to the boss to hit it, the damn thing shouldn't be immune to melee damage.

So far so good. On 12th Impact run. Lots of fun and the progression curve was great.
would like to see more variety of enemies and movement patterns.
perhaps some way to better manage the view when trying to select where card actions will be implemented.
I think this game would work amazingly on mobile platforms.
Keep up the great work!

I spent very little time in this game but it was enough to make me not want to play it again. The direction the game is going seems extremely inconsistent. The pixel art looks good from screenshots, but it doesn't work well at all in actual gameplay. The art style in practice makes it feel more like a haphazardly pieced together flash game, and the icons during combat are frustratingly difficult to parse.
You do not have enough information to understand exactly what certain cards or enemies do. Shotgun has a range of 2 and pierces enemies, but doesn't say that it's a cross-shape so it destroys buildings to the sides of your target. Enemies will say they're attacking, but you don't know how far because of the poor pixel art on the ground. The game tells you you can cancel "some attacks and actions" with damage, but how do you know? You have to waste precious energy to experiment and that can be very costly.
They try to make Slay the Spire-inspired cards with Into The Breach inspired tactical combat without understanding anything about what made those two games exciting and successful.
I was sad, I followed this game for a long time waiting for updates and reading reviews before finally getting it on sale and trying it for myself. I don't recommend this game, and would instead wait for future projects from this developer to see if they can learn from their experiences. I don't believe this game is salvageable as it seems flawed from the design document forward. I know this sounds harsh, but it's my honest opinion.
