Aquaphobia Reviews
Aquaphobia is a short, first-person poetic artwork by Jakob Kudsk Steensen. It connects inner psychological landscapes to exterior ecosystems. Told in parallel to a break-up story, each environment explores a stage of treatment for aquaphobia, within the wider context of global rising water levels.

I like existential content but this one just does not deliver. Too short.

Really short, only couple minutes long narrated atmospheric walking simulator.

Cool idea in theory, but in practice it's an extremely pretentious nonsense. Mouse control is weeeird and the sound mixing is atrocious.

I like the poem and the weirdness of the game. Honestly, I actually really like the idea of short, poetic games. Unfortunately, I don't think it is a particularly good idea to charge a dollar a minute for your game. I'd really love this for a dollar.

I've followed Jakob Kudsk Steensen's work for years now, it's always super interesting and engaging. However it has always been at in person installations, until now! This is a really cool poetic work. It's stunningly beautiful, and easily re-playable. Oh yea, it's totally strange in all the best ways. It seems like a forgotten world that was brought back to life. Looking forward to seeing what else this developer puts out there. Would highly recommend this experience as it is something completely different than what else you'd find on the Steam store.
