I will probably not refund a game to help this small developer, but eh, I hoped for more. After 45 minutes I am still stuck in level 0 planet building, fighting with menus and without deeper understanding how much tritium should I expect to be needed later. Also those temperatures going crazy, I also assigned random people left right up and down... they ate up all my influence and I cannot cancel or move decision back without reloading, which is a bit irritating in game where all things are turn based and click based.
You can feel that game was made with vision what developer feels is fun and great, but there is 0 help with interface and information. You have to struggle badly without understanding results of your decisions a lot. I am not sure how many hours later I can get to the card game part and if it will be more fun.
5/10, game generally works and is okayish, just not fun. One of achievements is getting 1000 resources of one type, which is not that hard to do, and 33% of people who played this game got so far.
Advanced start with level 1 planet pre-built, so you can start colonizing and conquering would probably help this game. For explanations, Gearcity would be a great competitor - they made Youtube videos explaining deeper mechanics and how it all works, and ingame explanations are also very detailed and informative.
