I loved this game, It was longer than the 1st but had less endings. It was very entertaining nonetheless and made you really relate with the characters. Love it <3

My favourite Class of '09 game, so I highly recommend if you liked the original! I personally like the story equally as much as the original, but what makes this one rank #1 for me is that overall it looks more clean and complete, which helps a lot with the immersion.

3 failed routes out of 7 (not that you could expect anything else from mc), one of the funniest and overall best novels out there

Yeah... this game is worse. I don't know why people say it's the best one, this entry has only 5 endings, which results in the cutscenes being like 30 minutes long for ONE PATH, but because the dialogue is always on auto you do hardly ANYTHING. Still fun though, it just doesn't hit the same as the original. 7/10

I'm going to say the same things I said in the first Class of '09. Anime art style in the 2000s America and dark humors about the the negative side of society and politics. Filled with social politics, beliefs, and problems back then (and still today) but in point of view of a teenager in a school setting. The VN can be offensive to people so it isn't for everyone. It is fully voice acted and doesn't have description/narrative texts. A unique VN that is basically a sitcom VN. Class of '09 gives off the vibe and can fit in next to shows like Family Guy and American Dad. This is a REALLY short as well compared to other VNs. All the endings can be reached within 4 hours or less. Too bad there are no achievements for the endings. The game is lacking buttons in the HUD like backlog and quick save/load (or at least I'm unaware of them). This should had been called Class of '09: Double Down because SBN3 went to absurd and extreme with the dark humor in this compared to first VN. This feels more like a standalone DLC, just more of the same. They add some new characters and give more of the side characters (mostly the students) from the previous games more screen time, expanding on their background and personality. The main character double down on her personality, making her more evil and a sociopath. But at least she isn't batshit insane compared to one other character. There are less endings in this one, half less and less branching choices. But to compensate, the route dialogues after the final choice are longer. Not sure why it is 5 USD more than the last game with less endings. I just feel it is about the same quality as the first, more of the same but cost more. Over all, 8/10.

This game is better than the original Class of '09 in pretty much every way. It’s funnier, more ridiculous, and has longer, more defined routes. That said, it only has about 1.5 hours more content than the original, with a max of around 5 hours to fully complete all the paths. There are fewer routes in this game, but they’re much better made—easily twice as long as the ones in the original. So, if you’re choosing between the original and Re-Up and only plan on getting one, I’d go with this one. That said, I don’t think it’s worth the full $15 price tag. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend getting it unless it’s on sale for $5 or less (which is how I picked it up during the Steam Summer Sale). At $5, I wholeheartedly recommend it—it’s a must-buy at that price. It’s funny, full of dark humor, and worth the few hours. But if it’s priced over $5, you’re probably better off spending that money on a game you’ll get more hours out of.

Peak humor, genuinely one of the only games to make me laugh completely alone in a while. Peak atmosphere, feels exactly out of a public high school from the 2000s. Overall a great VN that even non-VN fans can laugh at 8/10 Shame it never got a sequel.
