such a cool idea but alas it didn't get the support it needed and has been since abandoned.
there is a bug that basically erases your meta progress , i couldn't find a workaround.
save your money unless you want to experience the concept.

When my warrior doesnt get the removed archer-arrows or I dont lose all my earned roguelite-gems the game is a fun little Slay-the-Spire-like (but with friends) for the small price. :)

This game is a culmination of several other favorites out of the genre. Obelisk, Hellcard, and Relapse all merged into this amalgamation of greatness. Look forward to trying out with friends soon.

This is a surprisingly fun game with friends -- being able to move around and line up shots, and use obstacles adds a welcome dimension to the genre. It's unfair to write this off as just a AtO clone.
Yes, it is rough around the edges, but if you like co-op card battlers this adds some good layers and plays well enough for some enjoyable sessions.
I understand it is a one-man operation, and I hope the developer continues to flesh out the game. I don't really care that the assets are generic or whatever some ppl have said -- it is the gameplay that is important and the core gameplay here is solid enough for me to hope it keeps getting updates.

A simply looking, yet complex working deckbuilding roguelike with questionable visuals but decent card and character variation and customisation.
For the surprisingly low price it's amazingly entertaining.

I can't recommend the game as it is now. The main problem I have experienced is that in co-op play, only the host gains any progression currencies. It's hard to play a roguelite game that doesn't retain progression.
Beyond that, it's an inexpensive game, and may be entertaining for a while if you don't require the cooperative play.

This game has some great ideas, fun characters and good gameplay. I've got 17 hours at this time, and I love playing it with my friends.
You might be wondering why then, i'm recommending against purchasing this game.
To put it simply, its not complete, and based on the developer hasn't made a single update in the 4 months since i've purchased the game. I would be able to forgive that, except on top of that my friends continue to lose their currencies that they have unlocked by playing the game, this has made it un fun to continue.
I hope they patch this bug at least, and continue work on the game. I'd love to change this review to Yes.

Pros: It's cheap and sort of fun, plays a lot like Across the Obelisk.
Cons: The game is literally just a rip off of ATO, down to regurgitated card art and with nearly the exact same mechanics. Unfortunately it has nowhere near as much replay value due to a lack of choice in how the run progresses. The events are randomly chosen and whether you succeed or fail is semi-random as well. The 3D aspect would be interesting if there was even a hint of original game design to take advantage of the new perspective, but since all the cards are straight one-to-one copies from a 2D game it's pretty pointless.
The graphics are pretty lackluster and the environments and encounters are barebones as heck. For the entire dungeon (Act 2) you fight in the same stone room copy-pasted over and over again with no obstacles, no decorations, no variations at all save for one room. Every horse in the game is identical. It feels like a game made in someone's spare time with a bunch of free assets and they just don't really care how it looks.
TLDR; this game is a low quality version (rip-off) of Across the Obelisk, just go play that. It's cheap but still not worth it when there is a much better equivalent you could be spending your time on instead.

Very similar game to Across the Obelisk or Hellcard, I would say this game is only about 40% completed. There is a stage 1 which is reasonably long. Second stage is like 2 rooms with the last having the boss. The 3rd is a short fire land and has a dragon to beat at the end. Don't bother playing or level up the fire mage as he is completely useless in the 3rd stage and against the Dragon.
**They lied saying weekly updates. The last update was the 28th Nov. No update since!!**

The first part of the game's pretty fun! You ride around from random event to random event, it's nice! But after you beat the first boss, you go into the dungeon, and that part's no fun...same enemies over and over, and the difficulty goes up a lot. I was hoping for a sort of "ride around, do random events, fight random bosses until you die" or something, but it looks like that's not the case. Shame.
