Realpolitiks 3: Earth and Beyond Steam Charts & Stats

I sat down and read off of the reviews on the game coming from playing RP2 everyday. I was like man people aren't giving this game a chance, 10 mins then negative review. well after playing for 30mins i see why. First off, They tuck out some countries that was in RP2 that i liked playing. Ontop of that all the fun countries i like playing are so in debt starting off that even if i pause time and removed everything i can and do anything in my power to get my money in the positives or at least close to zero, im always left with so much debt they ill be broke in 3 months or sooner if i even try to do projects to fix it. Next: The graphics and UI is awful. The graphics are sad and worse then RP2 and makes me sick looking at it. The ui is a stupid mess, tuck me so long to even find my debt and the button to pay it off. The skill tress are annoying to navigate to see what there is in them. RP2 skills tree is SOOO much better. Also: Only one game mode with Nato being in the game takes all the enjoyment out of the game. I liked how RP2 everyone started off and had to from Blocs. This adds way more playability and also less annoyance for us small country players as we need to expand quick the get our country in order. I already find the spy mechanics in RP2 to be annoying having to do a million things just to go to war without being a warmonger i could only imagine what this game makes you do. I understand you're trying to make this game realistic and hard but adding other game modes for more casual fun is needed as i dont wanna spend a month(IRL) trying to break apparent nato just to expand my borders. Having a sandbox mode where everyone starts off same power and and relations across the world would be amazing, similar to Civ. In conclusion: This game should have never came to light. I would have preferred the game devs to continue working on RP2 which wont happen now even it i had to pay for expansion packs. This game strips all the fun from the older games, has shitteir graphics and UI with only one gamemode. I would not recommend unless they make the game either similar to 2 with UI, improve graphics, add more less annoying gamemodes if they devs want people to actually replay the game and fix the god awful economy which has been horrible in RP2 but not as bad and atleast you can fix it in RP2. 3/10

Make the country better? People Revolt Leave the country the same? People Revolt Make the country worst and of course people will revolt. I love the realpolitik and the second was just ok. At this point, I don't know what you are improving/or lack there of. Nothing seems to make sense in this one. even after a full year of being out. It's okay at first, but soon turns out to be a complete waste of time no matter what you do. Stick to the first one. It's the best you are going to get here.

Its not great... but I like it. Hopefully the devs do more work on it cos it actually does have potential to be a good geo-politics modern strategy game, and we sure do not have many to choose from.

This is the most misunderstood political sim out there. It could be due to a lack of online info on how to play it successfully or just the fact of its complex and slower game play. In any case i highly recommend this gem of a game. The programmer put a lot of content into this game and it truly deserves more then its mixed reviews on steam. The key to understanding its mechanics and its great amount of content would be to follow the request tabs that come from countries, political parties and bloc groups depending on your preference of government. This alone should get any player on the right path to realize this games full potential. It couldn't hurt to hover over the red and green arrows and read the potential out comes you may have when picking techs, laws etc. Most important of all Don't over spend and adjust your taxes to compensate for your needs. Learn to budget your money!!!!
