as an ezreal main, it's good micro practice. the "game" part of it is actually pretty interesting too. never thought mobas like league would get an equivalent to FPS aim training, but here we are.
also, being able to simulate ping is a good addition. i play on a bit higher than normal ping, so it helps a lot to be able to see how that affects my game.
