Lindwyrm is a unique roguelike action RPG. There are no predefined classes, you can go with whatever you want just by changing the weapon, you can go with a staff, dagger, bow, sword, spear, or hammer, all with unique abilities, dash and jump attacks. Lindwyrm is a fun hack-and-slash roguelike RPG with cool town-building elements/meta progression and some other interesting stuff. So far this game lives up to its standards and promises.

Liking the game, however, if you DC or get an error mid run and you're the host, you lose everything. We had some lizardmen spawn on us after a monster 2 hour run. Game shot up an error. Relaunch the game and not only did we lose everything we had, but it fully reset us back to before the run, we kept no upgrades, no gold, no resources, no runes.
Two full hours gone.
Games good, please work on this. At the very least I should have had the gold and resources, obviously in a perfect world we would resume the run but I understand that probably takes a little more effort.
I recommend at a minimum if you DC or crash they treat it as a TP to town or something.

THANK YOU for your support for MAC Gaming. Played this on a Macbook Pro from 2014 and it played pretty well on this old thing. Love the level design, and support for both Controller and Keyboard/Mouse. I am about an Hour in at this point and i am hooked. Thanks again for supporting Mac Users

Game is kinda fun, I like improving my rpg character, right now i'm low level so i dont see there's much I can do, but re hit the dungeons. I'm loving the daggers, they are soo op. i love rpg's so I'm having some fresh fun.

I have been around since closed alpha, the journey the game took is incredible.
By the time I write this review, it is still in early access (so please be aware that you might encounter bugs, which you can record through the official discord: https://discord.com/invite/rnMynbRpcC), and the team is working hard to improve the game, which is clearly visible.
The storyline is amazing, there are tons of features like runes to upgrade. town to evolve along with special perks you can unlock with it.
There are no predefined classes, you can go with whatever you want just by changing the weapon, you can go with staff, dagger, bow, sword, spear, hammer, all with unique abilities, dash and jump attacks.
With 3 different difficulties you surely will have fun, for beginners the easy mode, for players who likes challenges the hardcore mode (where you actually lose your entire character if you die, so be careful :D)
If you are looking for a fun rougelike arpg, this game will give you all.

in the 2 and a half hours ive played ive died to
- flame throwers
- pit traps
- blades
- hidden holes in water rooms
- lava
i love the dungeons and i love the deadly traps. it feels good going through them and ill get some materials to the poor villagers eventually. just one more room i swear and i then fall down a pit trap again ...

As someone who has followed the game since the early 'creation', aswell as Demos, Pit challenge etc. I have to say that this game is unique in its own way.
It combines alot of different genres, such as dungeon crawler, or even some hint of an RPG.
Find items, equip them. Find better items. fight bosses. Die. retry.
Different weapons which is that "RPG"-hint that i mentioned. equip a staff and be a wizard. equip daggers and hit fast, and more.
I don't know how many hours I have put in the Demo of the game, but all I can say that it was totally worth it.
