Playtime:
64 minutes
I played this game on a Twitch stream of mine. Here is what I learned.
Pros:
Mine Dedetector (That's what it's called ingame)
The two songs that the game has are decent
Animations tend to be so bad they're funny
You can shoot a door, any door, and it breaks
Very open-ended (kind of)
The flashlight is very bright (too bright)
Cons:
The humanoid enemies die in one shot, unlike the video on the store page
The humanoid enemies also completely ignore the player, unlike the video on the store page
There are three enemy types and one of them rarely shows up
Enemies are never a real threat to the player
Landmines occasionally hide from the Mine Dedetector
I got an achievement for crafting a first aid kit when I crafted a grenade
Teammates are completely absent, unlike in the Early Access text
The three classes play almost identically, with only minor changes that are hard to gauge
There's no pausing in single player
There's a lot of clipping objects, making some buildings look like a work of Picasso's
Multiple of the Report entries are completely impossible to identify, making completing the objectives harder than it needs to be
Landmines do underwhelming damage to the player
There is a serious lack of settings in the options menu
Leveling up does nothing (or if it does, there is no indication that this is the case)
The camera does this odd tilting from side to side whenever the player walks
High radiation levels ingame cause an obnoxious fisheye effect sometimes
Jumping has a delay that makes the controls feel somewhat sluggish
Dying causes your character to ragdoll and become useless, but you can still craft and there is no respawn button
And finally,
Mine Dedetector.
